I loved playing MGO. I caught on a bit late and the nearest servers made the game unbearably laggy at times.
I had a female soldier titled, "Panty Parade" in jet black combat gear and my favourite weapon was the FN SCAR-H. I should log in and see if the player count is any better these days. I'm playing Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence at the moment. I'm determined to finish it this time through! I got up to the Shagohod battle last time and lost interest when coincidently, MGS4 was released. Just defeated the End by draining his stamina and even got his camo. I plan on playing through all the games in chronological order. I even picked up a PSP with Peace Walker and Portable Ops today.

Sneaking through the jungle unsure of where an odd angry shot might come from was still like you said, a really intense battle.

Back to Battlefield 2! How I've missed 32vs32 players on Strike at Karkand. It's quite a sight to behold seeing 64 grenades per second flying around. Getting pounded on the carrier by J-10s on Wake Island is also pretty nostalgic.
I've so far managed to reach the next milestone and ranked up to captain level.

I recently got Splinter Cell: Conviction from Best Buy since it was on sale for $20. I've been meaning to get my hands on this game once the price dropped, but I didn't think it'd be as low as that. Good deal...I'm way impressed by the game so far.
I'm also working on Shank. Pure, unadulterated fun. It's like watching a Robert Rodriguez flick animated by Genndy Tartakovsky (Samurai Jack). The boss fights in particular have been a blast and usually require some kind of strategy to beat as opposed to just button mashing. I finished the coop missions (local only), and now I'm working on single player.
