Talking FANSUB Help

I have Transformer SuperLink and it's in Japanese. I was wondering if there was anyone who would be able to FANSUB it. I'm willing to help in any way that, I could .

As said here many times (from what I've seen):
ALL TRANFORMERS ARE LICENSED!
JUST LIKE ALL POKÉMON & DIGIMON & SO ON!

Does this mean that they're licenced even before they come out or are released or even thought of??? And how could they be licenced in the states already if they're not even released yet???

Licensed for the purpose of this conversation means that the rights to distribute Transformers has been sold. It is already airing in America on Cartoon Network.

Many shows were licensed before airing, like Texhnolyze, etc.

other examples of prelicensed shows include:
Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex (and season 2)
Read or Die TV
Ninja Scroll TV
many others.

Many shows also get licensed in the very early airing stages (eg: haibane renmei). Some get licensed late in the air cycle (Wolf's rain licensed around ep 22's airing if I remember right, gundam seed I think was in the mid 30's though I could be wrong). Some wait till long after they've finished to get licensed (Azumanga - triad had already finished releasing it and rereleased several dvd-sourced episodes when the license was finally announced).

When something airs is largely irrelevant to when something gets licensed, especially if an american distributor or a company which has an american branch helped fund the production (urban vision in nstv and pioneer in rod-tv for examples).
