For Those who need Help. Here are my suggestions from what I have seen so far. Some or rather most might be Licence. I'm Not really into Drama type of anime unless its funny.

I reallly Like these Anime- They are all Finished anime-

Midori No Hibi - Comedy with a girl on a guys right hand. little Ecchi but reall funny. Recommend Watching
Chobits - Cheesy robot girl and guy falling in love with it. Not bad if you like Cheesy/Romance Type.
Dears - Another one of those Chobits type of anime
Onegai Teacher - Boy Marries alien teacher Romance/Sort of drama Story
Onegai Twin - After Onegai teacher, same thing except girl/boy living together.
Full metal Alchemist - Fighting/Magic Anime Its good but could have been Better, but some say its awsome. It depends what you think.
Tenjou Tenge - Recommend if your into fighting. just look at my avatar.
Love Hina - Another drama/romance with boy trying to find his past girl.
FLCL (6 Episodes!! Are your Happy NOW ?!! heehe ) - Amazing artwork. but really short
GunGrave - Shooting and dead people fighting. Good but too much of flashbacks to explain the story.
Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu! - Another Awsome funny anime. If you wanna know the whole story watch Full metal Panic (not as funny as the second Fumoffu)
Chrno Crusade - Religious anime. devil and church fighting them. Not my type and wish it could have ended better.
Girl bravo - Funny anime- A guy allergic to girls.

Green Green - Cant remember but i think its Ecchi

Didn't like these so much-

Peace Maker Kurogane - good when the kid starts fighting, But its a ninja/Samurai type of anime.
Da Capo - Major drama. Im not really into these types
Cutey Honey- Saw one episode. Some boobs and kiddy anime drawing.
Last EXILE - Crazy planes flying.. cant remember story line
Dragon Ball Z/GT - Boring!!! but if you like fighting go ahead
Trigun (LAME) - Shooting Anime not bad but its boring for me. Rarely any killing
Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien (LAME) - Another Drama.. but people seem to like it.
D.N. Angel - Angel/Devil type. Little fighting
Aishiteruze Baby - Cute girl and kid. But really kiddy anime
Kanon (HORRIBLE) - Wierd anime. Drama again

Anime Unfinished Or still going

Kyou Kara Maou - Some Unpopular kid who becomes king in some other world. Quite funny.
Sokyu No Fafner - Mecha type of anime
Samurai Champloo - Samurai - good fighting scenes
Yakitate Japan - Cooking Bread.. Love it
Beck - Awsome Music anime .. Love the manga and the anime
School Rumble - Really funny school love triangle anime.
My Hime - Magic/ Robots type of anime .. personally this doesn't interest me but people like it.
Naruto - Ninja magic... I'm pretty sure everyone know what this is. Read manga = goes faster in the story. Good anime
Gernadier - Like trigun except girl with big boobs.
Rozen Maiden - Wierd dolls that are aline with magic
Bleach - One of the good anime out. Everyone likes it, has its funny points.
Sunabuza - Some guy with a shotgun? I stopped watching

I heard Scryed, Get Backer, and Airmaster are some good fighting anime.
Any Questions just post.
Suggestions are good too.. Anything I didnt suggest just post.

Thanks for the list. I am looking for something funny so I'll try the fist ep of Girls Bravo. If I like it I'll dl the 11 ep batch.
I didnt see School Rumble on the series list. Is it licensed?
