So another decent series getting axed before it's time by WSJ. It's why I don't invest much into any of their series, especially those that have the potential story to go on for a while (like this, Kurogane, and a few others), but will never actually see that potential fulfilled. It's the magazine's biggest flaw, imo.

Definitely not many Jump manga can boast with an ending as good as magico... not even titles that didn't get axxed

Because we will have a special wedding chapter ...

Yeah... All things considered, it was a very good ending. Still a shame it got axed though.

what a shame indeed! I didn't expect it to end so quickly and suddenly. Here the author just showed some new characters, and then the manga ends...... I like the wrecky style drawing. Let's hope his next work will last longer than this!

It's not like you have a way too see the chances of a series surviving... and JUMP are the #1 manga mag in Japan for a reason, they don't carry weak series, they even have the balls to cut series like Shaman King and Mago when other mags would kill to have them. Kurogane (40k, not improving) and Medaka Box (no improvement after the anime) are the next "established" series that will get cut down, Nisekoi is safe (70k opening week for vol 2) and Kuroko just put itself on the level of Toriko, which if you've seen the covers for JUMP you'll see is being grouped with One Piece and Naruto... with Bleach being "kicked out".
