And, seeing as how it has been incomplete for over a year, I feel it is my duty to finish it. Usual Attire / Appearance: Daisuke wears the standard Takigakure blue flak jacket, grey fatigues, and headband stamped with the village symbol. He wears black leather fingerless gloves with plates inscribed with the village symbol, as well.
Miscellaneous: Daisuke is largely a ninjutsu user, but he is quite skilled at taijutsu as well. He shows almost zero aptitude for genjutsu, although has trained to be able to break it. He keeps his tanto in a hidden sheath on his back, and only draws it either when he really needs or to take the enemy by surprise in the middle of a fight. It can’t stand up to too many direct impacts because it is somewhat thin. He has a thin scar on his right hand shaped like a backwards “L”, a result from the surgery he had to have on his hand after he broke it during the Chuunin Exams.
History/Personality:
Daisuke’s life growing up as a child was not much different from any other child’s growing up in a village full of shinobi. He attended the Academy when he came of age, and eventually graduated with his team, which was Takigakure Team Four along with his teammates Kaito Oka and Miyu Shimazu.
When the Chuunin Exams in Konohagakure (“Hidden Leaf Village”) took place, the Team Four genins competed, but they and the other Takigakure group that attended the Chuunin Exams didn’t even make it to the third stage of the examinations. Stinging with failure, they spent the next two years training hard for the next Chuunin Exams. They made it, if only barely. Daisuke broke his hand in the middle of his final match in the exam’s final stage, after he attempted to stab his opponent with his tanto. He only succeeded in nicking his opponent’s shoulder, and the tanto’s thin blade snapped and the force of the attempt broke his hand and wrist. He was able to fight his opponent to a standstill, and the match was declared a draw when neither could go on fighting any longer. The resulting surgery to fix his hand left a scar on the top of his hand where the thumb meets the wrist.
His teammates beat their opponents rather handily because their water type jutsu had an advantage over the fire-type ninjutsu their opponents used.
Daisuke has always been the weakest on the team, but nevertheless strives to better himself, if for no reason other than he doesn’t want to burden his teammates. He also is set on being better than his sensei, Mizuko Kawada, whose tough training always pushes Daisuke to his limits. She trains with Daisuke often because she understands his desire to become stronger, but also worries that his impetuous behavior might get the better of him one day and put the squad in hot water, so to speak.
Water Style Techniques (Ninjutsu):
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu ("Water Clone Technique") - Forms clones out of water, which are much like any other type of clone technique (e.g. shadow/rock/mist clones). They are typically destroyed with one hit. Depending on how many are made (Daisuke can make as many as 3 at a time), the chakra consumption is low to high. E-rank, supplementary, all ranges. Hand Signs: Tiger, Ox, Dragon
Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (“Water Shuriken Technique”) - Creates a shuriken out of water and hurls it at an enemy. Works best if he is near an open body of water (e.g. a lake or a spring). Otherwise, it takes a lot of chakra to conjure it. D-rank, offensive, all ranges. Hand Signs: Tiger, Dragon, Snake, Rooster
Tajuu Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (“Mass Water Shuriken Technique”) - Sends out more than one water shuriken, but requires exponentially increasing amounts of chakra because he also has to control their flight, making sure they don’t break apart mid-flight. Naturally, this requires a lot of concentration. The user is quite vulnerable to direct attacks while performing this jutsu. Chakra consumption is moderate to high, depending on the amount made and if there is a body of water nearby to provide the water. C-rank, offensive, all ranges. Hand Signs: (Tiger, Ox)*, Snake, Rooster

Suiton: Suirou no Jutsu (“Water Release: Water Prison Technique”) - A technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for very limited movement. Susumu must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain the technique. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and the target is released. When combined with a clone technique, Susumu can have the clone or himself maintain the water prison while the other attacks. C-rank, supplementary, very short range (0-1m). Hand Signs: Sheep, Snake, Tiger, Rabbit, Snake, Dragon, Rabbit, Rooster (must keep in contact with water prison to maintain technique)
Suiton: Mizurappa ("Water Release: Violent Water Wave") - After performing the necessary hand signs, the Daisuke fires a very powerful jet of water from his mouth. This attack is extremely powerful up close, and easily has the power to break bones if the target is within ten meters. It has the approximate power of a very strong punch if further away. B-rank, offensive, short to mid-range (0-10m). Hand Signs: Rat, Dragon, Rooster, Horse
Suiton: Mizu no Uzu no Jutsu ("Water Release: Water Vortex Technique") - This technique utilizes water to create a spinning tornado of water that surrounds the user. This technique is an effective defense and can be a powerful attack mechanism if the ninja sends the top of the vortex crashing down around him. The water rotates with enough speed to knock an enemy unconscious. Chakra consumption is average, but increases the longer the technique is held (due to the vortex eventually becoming unstable). A-rank, defensive/offensive, all ranges. Hand Signs: Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Ram, Boar, Ox, Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Dog, Tiger, Snake, Tiger, Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Rooster
Other Ninjutsu:
Kuchiyose no Jutsu ("Summoning Technique") – Daisuke can summon otters to fight with him. He cannot yet summon the “boss otter”, Atsuo (厚尾), but can summon smaller ones that still prove to be useful. They use a Water Style technique called Mizu Tsume no Jutsu (Water Claw Technique) that forms three large spikes out of water and rakes them across the opponent several times. These claws made out of water are not as sharp as say, Wind Style ninjutsu, but can still put a good dent in rock. The otters are most effective in or near water. Their performance suffers greatly on dry land.

Rank: Chuunin Academy Graduation: 16 Chuunin Exam: N/A Special Jounin Selection: N/A Jounin Selection: N/A Village: Kikaigakure (if you don’t know what that is and want to, go here read the first post) Weapons: Static Conductor Plates, magnetic kunai, magnetic shuriken, other common ninja supplies. History: Kiyou is one of the few ninja in Kikaigakure who is a shinobi, and also an inventor. Though his ninja skills are average, at the age of 13 he developed a system of magnetic plates that manipulate the users chakra turning it into static electricity, allowing a ninja with any elemental affinity the ability to used lightning based attacks. Originally Kiyou was only able to use weak magnets at first, but as he developed the system he was able to use stronger more powerful magnets. The plates are placed in several locations on his body. There are three plates on his palms which are attached to gloves, a plate on each forearm, a plate on each shoulder, two large plates on his back, a plate on each thigh, a plate on each shin, and he had his headband specially made from the same magnet so it could also be used. All of the plates are connected by wires which run over his body. Simply to use the conductor plates the user runs their chakra through the plates which then convert the chakra into static electricity which can then be used for attacks, and if enough chakra is used the user can use plain electricity instead of static electricity, although hand seals aren’t required for simple lightning jutsu it requires nearly the same amount of time to gather the chakra required. Kiyou also designed the plates to absorb and neutralize any current of electricity that passes through his body to prevent his electrocuting of himself. Kiyou also had special kunai and shuriken made from the magnetic material he uses so that they can be charged with electricity before thrown. Kiyou’s suiton (water) based elemental affinity makes the plates an even deadlier force, as he can perform several combination jutsu that can easily kill an opponent of any strength. Kiyou specializes in paralyzing his opponent then hitting them with his more powerful attacks. Kiyou grew up normally. His mother stayed at home raising him until he entered the academy, while his father worked designing new inventions in one of Kikaigakure’s many laboratories. He was placed in the academy at the age of 8, and passed the graduation exam at the age of 16, the standard age in Kikaigakure for genin graduation. Kiyou and his squad attempted the Chuunin exam four different times, with Kiyou failing each time. Kiyou was not made chuunin until one day while making a deposit at the bank his mother uses, a ninja broke in and attempted to rob the vault of an invention that was being temporarily stored there. Though he didn’t have his conductor plates with him, Kiyou successfully prevented the ninja from getting away with the invention with his suiton jutsu. After hearing of this the Kikaikage promoted Kiyou to the rank of chuunin. No one ever found out what exactly the ninja tried to steal, not even Kiyou found out. Since this event nothing of excitement has happened to Kiyou or his team. Kiyou continues to upgrade his plates to make the more durable and put out better chakra conversion. Fighting Style: “Static Jyuuken” Based upon the Hyuuga fighting style, the user uses the static electricity from the conductor plates and hits nerve areas on a persons body. The static electricity sends a small pulse that shuts down the nerves temporarily for 1 to 2 minutes. Although the pulse only affects an area of a 1 inch diameter when many hits are landed a whole limb can be shut down or cause the targets chakra to be awkward. This style can use up a large amount of chakra if used over a long period of time. Jutsu:
“Static Shock” the user gathers up a large amount of chakra into his palms and attempts to hit the opponent near their spine targeting the central nervous system. If successful the user will temporarily paralyze the victim. This jutsu doesn’t require much chakra, but is difficult to land, and only lasts for one minute.
“Thunder Clap” The user quickly charges their static chakra into their hands, then slaps their hands together sending a small bolt of lightning towards the opponent, when the hands are clapped together you can hear thunder. Though the chakra usage is low the accuracy isn’t very good.
“Cardiac Jolt” The user attempts to send a pulse of electricity near the opponents heart. If successful the user could completely stop the users heart, or weaken it to the point that the enemy has a hard time functioning correctly. This technique can also be used to attempt to restart a fallen comrade’s heart on the battle field. This technique also doesn’t require much chakra , but is hard to land in combat.
“Big Bang” The user charges chakra into every plate on their body then launches it out in a wave of static electricity. If hit by the wave every nerve touched will be paralyzed temporarily. If a lot of chakra is put into the technique the user can send out a wave of electricity that will electrocute the opponent. It requires some skill to completely dodge this attack, but it requires a lot of chakra to use, especially when using the full electric attack.
“Thunder Claw” The user gathers up a large amount of chakra into his palm, making a ball of electricity. The user then charges at the opponent and hits them with the ball of chakra. The attack can destroy nerves it comes in contact with and do great physical damage, but cannot electrocute the target. When the attack comes in contact with another object you hear thunder explode. The jutsu requires a lot of chakra, but the accuracy depends on the activity of the opponent.
“Thunder Gunfire” The user gathers up chakra into their hands just like in thunder claw, but instead of keeping the chakra in their hands launches it at the opponent. The user can launch one after the other. Each blasts makes a sound of thunder when launched, giving it its name. Though each ball requires less chakra than thunder claw does, as the user isn’t trying to maintain it in their hand when used in succession large amounts of chakra are used. The user can also rapidly fire the blasts (which could remind you of Ki Blasts from dragonball Z lol).
“Polarity Charge” The user charges up just enough chakra that they can change the polarity within a target to sort of magnetize them and draw electricity towards them. This greatly increases the accuracy of all electrical attacks. It requires little chakra, but the user must make direct contact on the target with both hands at the same time.
“Water Clone Jutsu” The user creates replicas of themself made of water. This jutsu requires more chakra for each clone created.
“Suiton Bomb” The user creates a condensed ball of water the size of a beach ball before them then launches it at the opponent. Accuracy is moderate as is chakra usage.
“Suiton Kiri Taiso” The user temporarily turns a section of land before them into a field of water allowing Suiton jutsu to be used anywhere. This jutsu requires an extremly large amount of chakra to be used.
“Aquatic Charge” The user activates his conductor plates while activating the hand seals for a water technique and can charge the water technique with electricity. The jutsu won’t last as long, and requires a lot more chakra to use but any technique can electrocute and kill the target.
“Lightning Dance” This is Kiyou’s strongest and most difficult jutsu to perform. The user first manipulates their water chakra to create a storm in the sky. The is difficult on its own as it requires really really good chakra control. Then once the storm has been created the user uses their lightning chakra to summon lightning down from out of the storm. Though the user doesn’t have pin point accuracy with the lightning they can control it somewhat and guide it to an area. The lightning is juts as powerful as lightning from any other storm, and the user must be careful because even with the conductor plates there is so much power in lightning that it will easily overpower the conductor plates and electrocute the user. This jutsu requires a great amount of preparation to create the storm and the user must put complete concentration into controlling the lightning when using the jutsu leaving them very vulnerable to outside attacks. Also this jutsu requires so much chakra that if the user hasn’t defeated the opponent with this jutsu they are usually finished as they have no more chakra left to use. Because of the preparation time and difficulty in controlling the lightning it is usually best for the user to attempt paralyzing the opponent before use.

It is said that her abilities in stealth are so great that one wouldn’t know of her presence unless they saw her eyes glowing in the night, and they’ve never see anything again. Her talents in stealth immediately began to show while she was in the academy, as her plant techniques began to develop and she learned of her kekkei genkai. Despite her strong abilities and early graduation at the age of ten, she was always held back because of her gender. Females were always considered to be largely inferior to men in Grass at the time. She was held back from participating in the Chuunin Exams until she was thirteen, and breazed through them easily. Even though she was now chuunin and had more than proved her abilities in the exams and always succeeded in her assignments she was still looked down upon and rarely received any missions higher than C-rank. After two years Sumiko took matters into her own hands and infiltrated the Grass Anbu headquarters. There she snuck around for a whole day before she revealed that she was there. The Feudal Lord, although angry at her for toying with the Black Ops, recognized her abilities and appointed her to the rank of Special Jounin, then Jounin six months later. After two years of hard training and high success in her missions Sumiko was finally asked to join the Anbu squad. She is currently next in line to replace the captain once he retires.
Fighting Style: Stealth and assassination
Bloodline Limit: “Bodi Motte Shokubutsu” This ability is unique to Sumiko as know one in her entire family history shows any sign of having had it. Most believe that Sumiko’s great grandmother cheated on her husband while he was involved in one of the ninja wars, and this man she cheated with is the originator of the Kekkei Genkai. Sumiko discovered she possessed the Kekkei Genkai when she was eight years old and was playing with flowers when one of the flowers joined onto her hand. Sumiko has found that her Kekkei Genkai gives her two special abilities with plants.
Jutsu:
“All Academy Jutsu”
“Mei Mei no Jutsu” The user turns themself invisible for a period of time as long as they can maintain their chakra. Over time this will expend a large amount of chakra. The user is not silent while using this jutsu.
“Shokubutsu Buki” The first ability of “Bodi Motte Shokubutsu” allows her to combine plants with her body to be used as weapons. This is activated by simply by touching the plant and she can focus it to one area of her body or spread it through her entire body, the plant’s structure can be slightly changed to make it more effective as a weapon. It takes small amounts of chakra to attach, use, and remove plants from her, but the main drawback lies in that if she lets the plant remain attached to her for too long it will be permanently attached. She does not need to use the entire plant, she can use part of it. Some of the main attacks she uses with this ability are...
“Shokubutsu Buki - Rose Whip” Sumiko attaches a rose to her hand and elongates the stem so that she can whip it around and attack enemies. The thorns on the stem can easily tear the opponents flesh and depending on the type of rose used by Sumiko the thorns can be poisonous.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Rose Whip - Art of the Thousand Cuts” Using a furious barrage of whips with her rose whip Sumiko makes one thousand small cuts on the target’s body. Once the thousand cuts have been made the target will bleed to death. This technique is based upon the ancient Chinese torture method. It is difficult to make all of the cuts, especially if the target is mobile, and takes quite an amount of time to make them all.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Bark Armor” Sumiko takes a piece of bark and spreads it over her entire body making a suit of armor. By using different types of trees the armor can be stronger or weaker, the stronger the armor the slower Sumiko is able to move. To keep the armor in place requires good chakra control and over time quite a bit of chakra. The weakest armor Sumiko uses is able to deflect senbon and small shuriken anything larger can tear through the armor easily. The strongest armor can block almost all weapon based attacks but can be broken through by a powerful elemental based ninjutsu, usually fire. Although strong the armor really slows Sumiko down to the point where it’s hard to dodge attacks.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Branch Spears” Attaching branches to both her hands, Sumiko forms them into a spear shape and can lunge them at the opponent. Depending on the length of the spear she made Sumiko can also attack behind her. Most often the spears are thrown at the enemy, they can be broken easily by strong weapons and mid-strength jutsu. This is usually used before the target knows of the user’s presence to catch them off guard.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Poison Dart” Using one of her exotic plants from her garden Sumiko attaches it to her hand and shoots a poisonous dart from the plant. This can be used from 15- 20 feet away. Any form of weak armor can easily block the needle, and Sumiko must make sure the target is unaware of her presence as the needles can be blocked easily and she must have a good shot at an open area of flesh to make sure it hits. The poison from one needle takes roughly five minutes to kill the target.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Poison Dart Explosion” Sumiko launches a pod from the plant into the air which explodes into a storm of poisonous needles. Sumiko must get within a range of five feet from the enemy as the pod cannot travel far when launched. Sumiko rarely ever uses this technique as it’s extremely hard to dodge every needle and the close distance she must get to use the technique puts her at risk of getting hit herself. Sumiko always carries an antidote for the poison in case of an accident.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Tree Trap” Sumiko joins her hands with a tree and manipulates the roots and branches of the tree to attack the enemy. Sumiko is immobile while using this technique and the range can’t go a lot farther than the tree itself. It is mainly used to capture an enemy and render them immobile.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Vine Leech” Using vines Sumiko launches them at her opponent and if they land, they will constrict the opponent and drain their chakra adding it to Sumiko’s. It takes good aim to land it and is pretty easy to dodge if you know the attack is coming, and the user is pretty vulnerable while draining chakra.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Impaler Gloves” Sumiko puts to small chunks of wood on her fists and changes them so that they are spiked on the front. Then when she lands a punch she will drive the spike into the target. This can be fatal if vital areas are hit by the attack.
“Shokubutsu Buki - Splinter Impact” Using the Impaler Gloves Sumiko pummels the opponent with them hitting as many areas of the body as she can. This usually ends in fatality for the target, but like any taijutsu it can be hard to land.
“Shokubutsu Ryoukou” the second ability of “Bodi Motte Shokubutsu” allows her to move through plants. She can only move through plants that are large enough to contain her entire body, namely trees and large bushes, so flowers and shrubs are out of the question. Also with this jutsu it requires quite a lot of chakra to use over time and if she remains within a plants for too long will be trapped within it. If she does become trapped there is no hope of saving her as her molecules have changed and combined themselves with the plant. This technique is great for sneaking around and reconnaissance. Because Sumiko had noone to teach her about her bloodline she had to learn on her own. She discovered the time limit when she was younger while playing hide and go seek with some other children and used her powers to hide within a tree. As she came out of the tree the time limit ran out and her heel became trapped within the tree. She had to cut herself from the tree and her heel is now made of wood, she has a pretty damn powerful roundhouse kick now though.
“Plant Manipulation” from afar Sumiko can attach threads of chakra to a plant and use it just like a puppet user would a puppet. The jutsu can be used to keep the user hidden while she attacks, but after time quite a large amount of chaka is used and the trained eye can easily spot the lines of chakra and lead them to the user.
“Gift of Life” Sumiko pours some of her chakra into a plant or seed to make it grow rapidly and can then be used in combat. It works similar to a healing jutsu, the user’s hand begins to glow with chakra and they touch the plant or seed and put their chakra into it.

Picture - Bio - Sentou began his life like any other within the village of Kikaigakure. Throughout his childhood, he saw the ways of fighting and ninjutsu as a frightening activity, and as such, he was quite timid and weak throughout his childhood.
Upon his 10th birthday, Sentou's father took him to another country, completely foreign to the world of shinobi and hidden villages. Upon visiting a temple in this country, he bare witness to a large gathering of monks, all practicing an ancient martial art in perfect coordination. The strength of their kiai's, the graceful force of their movements, and the snapping whips of clothing in mid-punch, it was all fascinating and unbelieveable to Sentou, and for the first time in his life, he ways of fighting compelled him more than anything he had ever known. He was soon admitted to the temple, and taught the ways of the ancient and near-forgotten martial art, Touhoufuhai.
Ten years later, Sentou had become the star pupil of the temple, near unbeatable. Fast, strong, and unrelenting, Sentou never lost a sparring match. However, one day, as Sentou was away running errands for the temple, it fell under attack by a group of warriors. As sentou returned, the sight made him freeze in shock. He couldn't will himself to move as his fellow monks were slaughtered. The warriors shot fire from their mouths, created copies of themselves to overwhelm their victims, and cast illusions upon the monks to distract them. Sentou recognized their fighting style immediately. Ninjutsu.
Sentou, having come to his senses, immediately attacked. Their tricks wouldn't work on him. Nothing would stand in his path, they would all pay for their crimes. One warrior fell, then five, then ten. Sentou's rage knew no bounds. When one warrior remained, he stopped to get a good look at him. The man stood against the sun atop the roof of the temple, the only noticeable feature was his headband. Purple, with a mirror-polished plate of metal affixed. As Sentou stared at him, the man took the opportunity to tilt his head, and refect the sunlight into the enraged monk's eyes. Blinded, Sentou made a blind leap, and slammed his fist into the temple roof, collapsing the entire room upon itself. As he recovered, Sentou noticed that the man had already vanished, and was nowhere to be seen.
As Sentou wandered the ruins, he came across his master, the man who had tutored him in the ways of Touhoufuhai for half his life, dying from half a dozen throwing knives in his chest. With his dying breath, he told Sentou of the sacred Touhoufuhai teachings, and their long-standing philosophy.
"Fighting is not just a means to defeat an opponent, but to express one's soul. The power behind a fist is as much drawn from the soul as it is from the body. It is the ultimate form of expression, the ever powerful torrent of strength and emotion. Do not see a fight as a storm of violence, but as the purest aspect of the human soul."
With these words, the monk drew his last breath, and fell limp. Sentou, now with no home in this country, returned to his family in Kikaigakure. For years, he made attempts to prove himself to the village leader, and was eventually granted the title of Special Jounin, and apart from undertaking missions, acts as the Ninja Academy's head taijutsu instructor. Now, at 37, Sentou is regarded as the most talented martial-artist in Kikaigakure, and has made small steps in reviving the Touhoufuhai temple, to inspire more people to the ways of martial arts as the ancient temple did for him in his youth.
On some nights, he is still plagued by thoughts of the one ninja that escaped his reach, and while not concerned about revenge, he wishes to meet him, and see just how skilled of a fighter the man was.
Combat - Since the encounter with the ninja at the old temple, Sentou outright refuses to use jutsu of any kind. The monks who taught him gave Sentou control of his Chi, known as chakra in the ninja countries, and can manipulate it with enough expertise to not have to worry about learning jutsu. Furthermore, because of the different styles of teaching chakra manipulation, hand signs are unknown to Sentou, as all of his major techniques require the use of chants. While his chakra manipulation is quite skillful, he prefers to only use it to control his Kowloon Cloth, and augment his strikes when necessary.Every other technique is performed with no chakra assistance.
His limbs excluded, Sentou uses only one weapon. His long cloth sash. Normally wrapped around his waist as a belt, he can undo the sash, and manipulate it in ways that would defy normal possibilities for simple cloth. He has nicknamed the sash as the Kowloon Cloth
Techniques -
Kowloon Scarf - A simple technique in which Sentou uses the sash as a kind of whip, with the end of it wrapped around a victim's neck. With a strong enough pull, he can break a neck, or outright decapitate. The technique can also be used on inanimate objects, and can easily destroy most obstacles.
Kowloon Slash - A sash technique which uses the Kowloon Cloth as a cutting weapon.
Kowloon Whirlwind - A sash technique that involves Sentou spinning the Kowloon Cloth at incredible speeds, generating immense clouds of dust, or even providing a method of maintaining distance from an opponent.
Ashige Shockwave - A powerful technique in which Sentou jumps into the air a distance away from the enemy, and kicks into the air with immense speed and power. The kick compresses the air into a supercharged shockwave, which flies directly toward his target.
Cyclone Drop - An extremely powerful kick, performed by Sentou leaping into the air towards his enemy somersaulting at high speed. As his speed builds, Sentou uncurls from the somersaults, and slams his feet upon the enemy at full force.
Sekihaken - An all-out punch supercharged with chakra. The punch is strong enough to crush boulders the size of a house. At least, that's Sentou's current size record.
Seishin Keiretsu Tempa Kyouran - The ultimate technique of the Touhoufuhai style. After concentrating enough energy, the user releases twelve rounds of twelve energy blasts. The blasts spiral outward, and home in on their target. Each blast hits harder than Sentou's hardest punch or kick, and the blasts don't stop moving until they hit their intended target. The amount of damage this attack is capable of is astonishing, but the amount of chakra and time needed to perform this jutsu are incredibly high, and usually demote the technique to an act of desparation, since few opportunities call for such destructive force.

Bio: While only recently known among the ninja world, Jigen Arno has garnered much more attention than an ordinary person ever normally gets. Having been known earlier as Kikaigakure's greatest scientist in the field of quantum physics, Jigen's reputation was top knotch. Also known as a genius inventor, Jigen was credited to dozens of inventions used by the ninja community. Eventually, through his constant months of research and development, he cracked the greatest scientific development ever seen in Kikaigakure. Jigen had developed a method to traverse through different dimensions.
After making his discovery, Jigen took a brash step, and attempted to traverse through a dimensional portal. However, the journey didn't end without it's problems. While traversing through the portal through different dimensions, Jigen did not take air into account, and suffered from oxygen depravation. When he returned to his own dimension, Jigen's mind had suffered a great deal of damage, and was warped beyond his original self. Kikaigakure's greatest scientist had descended into madness.
Having lost all sight of his original goals, Jigen constructed machinery to control the dimensional portals at will, and placed the machines in special pieces of armor. After mastering the use of these portals, Jigen began using them for his own selfish reasons. With time, he learned how to use them for fighting, and eventually became a marked target by Kikaigakure shinobi. It came as a surprise to the ninjas that many of the hunter ninja sent to kill Jigen turned up dead. Now listed in various Bingo Books throughout ninja villages, Jigen has left Kikaigakure, and continues to abuse his powers for his own devious reasons.
Abilities: Jigen Arno posesses the ability to manipulate dimensions. The ability works by using energy to tear a hole in time-space, effectively ripping a hole in the fabric of space, and connecting the tear through a different location. The devices that control these portals are located in his gauntlets and greaves. To prevent further problems breathing through inter-dimensional travel, the helmet that Jigen uses contains a breathing device, as well as a rebreather, removing the need to carry an air supply.
Combat: Jigen has had no official combat training, nor has he had any training to manipulate chakra, so his dimensional portal machines are the center point of his combat techniques. For attacks, Jigen's gauntlet's contain hidden blades, allowing quick, killing moves.
Techniques:
Perpetual Fall - A cruel technique in which Jigen creates a portal directly underneath an enemy, and one directly above. Unless the enemy can escape, they'll fall through the portals continuously, gaining speed until the reach terminal velocity. Once this is reached, Jigen removes the portal on the ground, leaving the victim to hit the ground at a potential speed ov 200mph. Needless to say, very few survive.
Vault - A quick traveling technique in which Jigen leaps off of a high structure, and before he hits the ground, creates two portals, one below him, and one in a direction he wishes to travel. The velocity of his fall is maintained through the portal, allowing him to go extremely long distances with no real effort.
Disconnection - A technique that is performed by dodging an enemy by going through a portal. While the portal is still open, Jigen coaxes his enemy to follow, and closes the portal while they're going through it. This generally severs the parts of the body divided by the portal, and can remove arms or even cleave people entirely in half.
Perpetual Slam - A technique modeled after the Perpetual Fall. Jigen begins by creating portals above and below himself, and falling through them until he reaches terminal velocity. The difference in the technique is that once the maximum speed is reached, a portal is then created directly above the enemy, hitting them with a downward kick at 200mph. Even with the shick absorbers in the leg armor, Jigen finds this technique rather painful to perform, especially when it misses, so it's usually reserved for when it's really needed.
Pincusion - A technique in which Jigen creates a series of portals surronding his enemy, and two near him. After extending his gauntlet-blades, Jigen thrusts each arm into a portal, and each comes out of every other portal made, creating dozens, if not hundreds of duplicate arms, each with it's own blade. Any enemy dumb enough not to get away as fast as they can doesn't really stand much of a chance.
Burial - A simple transportation technique that allows Jigen to dispose of enemies quickly. The technique begins by Jigen throwing an enemy into a portal, and setting an exit in an area that is inescapable. The most used location is about 2000 feet below the sea. At that depth, the water pressure alone crushes anyone unlucky enough to get caught. However, since the location isn't directly accessible most of the time, this technique is a challenge to perform, and Jigen usually settles for about 50 feet directly below ground.
Annihilation - The most powerful technique Jigen has to offer. It is essentially the Perpetual Fall move using portals large enough to move an entire city. The technique requires a great amount of power, which makes this a nearly impossible feat to perform almost all of the time, but it has been used before, and the devastation caused by it was enough to put Jigen on every Bingo Book in the ninja world.

Bio - The head of a remote foresting village, Moryuu is known as an expert carpenter and artist.
Raised within a family of woodworkers, Moryuu was brought up with the knowlege of carpentry and forestry. Having reached 15 years of age, Moryuu left home to pursue apprenticeships and jobs among other carpenters and woodworking artists throughout the world. His studies lasted for years, and he eventually returned home to begin his own business. It was within a short amount of time that his work became more and more well known. The popularity of Moryuu Takumi's crafts became highly sought after, and people began paying more and more and more money for his work. Within a few years, Moryuu had gained a vast amount of money, and left home to make his own. A few miles away from his home village, Moryuu made a modest house by hand.
As he lived by himself, he began taking in the homeless and orphaned, building them homes by hand, and giving them a safe place to stay. It was then that his lone house bloomed into a small village. Being seen as the defacto head of this village, Moryuu continues to live a modest lifestyle, providing leadership and inspiration for those around him. To the children within the village, he is seen as a hero, and he makes a constant effort to live up to their expectations, and strives to be an inspiration to them and others.
Combat - Moryuu tries to maintain a peaceful attitude whenever possible, but occaisional threats to the village have to be tended to, and he is often the only one needed to get the job done.
His customized axe, Kamiryuu, is his primary weapon and form of combat. Due to years or woodcutting and strength training, Moryuu can wield the gigantic axe with the same apparent effort that a ninja needs to wield a knife. His proficiency with the axe intimidates nearly all who see him use it, and those who still try to fight never come out of it in one piece. To this day, no ninja have fought against against Moryuu, though those who know of him seldom think about trying.
Kikaigakure as it is known is a small village located on an island far off the coast of the Fire Country. For years, they have been an upstart, developing technologies and inventions decades ahead of their time. Two hundred years later, this has become no exception. The small island city has grown to a hich-tech metropolis, it's borders expanded by dozens of landfill expansions, and enhanced ninja such as Ude Kasshu are a sight as common as a shuriken.
Ude Kasshu was born into Kikaigakure under a name long since forgotten, as his original family had placed him into an orphanage long before he could remember them. The orphanage he was placed into was one owned by the Ninja Academy, and was subsequently recruited once he reached the proper age. His progress was rather unimpressive, being below average in most subjects. He did eventually graduate, but was left to perform low-level missions, mainly acting as a messenger and courier. However, on one day, Kikaigakure fell under attack by group of rogue ninja, and was caught in an explosion from a bomb planted by them.
Afterwards, his condition was nearly hopeless. The explosion had cost him his right arm, right eye, both of his legs, and many of his organs were severely damaged by his pulverized ribcage. While nearing death, Ude volunteered for the cybernetic augmentation program, and was immediately accepted.
The operation had removed much of his former appearance, and humanity. He had a new mechanical limb, eye, and many other enhancements, but his former lacking skills were replaced by mental combat programming, which made the best use of his new enhancements. Now, continuing his service to the Kikaigakure Ninja, Ude Kasshu acts as a Hunter, searching out lost ninja and criminals, and if need be, destroy them.
Technology: Ude Kasshu's numerous enhancements are the pinnacle of Kikaigakure's technological developments.
While chakra is still prevalent in Ude's body, in order to power the mechanical parts he has a pair of fins on his back. These fins can extend solar panels as thin as a sheet of cloth and gather energy. The panels are very efficient and can extract large amounts of energy in minutes, enough to keep his combat functions running for hours, if the need demands it.
These panels can also be retracted, and the fins can serve another purpose, to generate thrust for his primary attack, which will be explained further on.
The artificial right eye is another advanced piece of Kikaigakure technology. When activated, it can detect objects through heat signatures, can amplify light for night-vision, and perform numerous other features. It's more advanced functions are based on many famous eye-related kekkei-genkai, such as detecting muscle movement, and providing an extended field of vision, amongst other functions. These advanced functions however, are still within experimental stages, and their actual effectiveness pales in comparison to the genuine articles.
The legs are visually entirely different from the other prosthetics on Ude's body, but are still incredible. The structure is modeled after actual human anatomy, and is composed of a high-strength alloy skeleton covered in artificial muscle. The muscles are dozens of times more powerful than actual muscle, giving Ude incredible leg strength. The feet are also equipped with super-compacted thrusters, allowing for thrust-powered jumps and high speed propulsion.
Ude's arm is itself an incredible piece of machinery. While having much more power than a human arm immediately, it's packed with numerous combat functions, which Ude prefers to use almost exclusively over jutsu, since the difference in hand size makes forming hand signs clumsy and awkward at best.
The combat functions are as follows,
Beam Naginata - The spike-like fin on the arm's elbow is actually a very compact, double ended beam weapon. When activated, the handle extends from the elbow, and can be pulled out. Once removed from the arm, a blade of energy erupts from both ends, making it a blade strong enough to slice through nearly any material. Ude does consider this weapon to be too powerful when going against metal weaponry, he lowers the output to make it more more exciting when entering a swordfight, since the lower power makes it weak enough to only resist blades instead of slice right through them.
Arm Cannon - A long-distance weapon. The arm folds open, and the central energy structure flips out to form a cannon barrel. The barrel can fire a high energy beam. This attack is used in lieu of shuriken and kunai, and has much more power.
Heat End - Ude's most powerful weapon. The Heat End works by having every joint in the hand remove themselves from their primary connectors. The sections of fingers then all spin at near-sonic speed, spouting huge amounts of energy in the process. The fingers are still held in place by high-tension cables, so the hand retains its shape, and moves in a normal fashion, but now any contact with the hand while it's in this state will cause severe damage, and in the event of a full-contact strike, the force can be almost instantly fatal.
Taking advantage of this powerful ability, Ude uses his fins to fire energy at a high rate, as well as fire his foot thrusters, making him a charging hand of destruction. If his hand makes contact at this speed, the force of the impact combined with the hand's natural destructive power at that state end up completely obliterating all but the most resistant of materials.
The major downside of this attack is that the requirement of energy needed for the hand and the thrusters can be extremely high, so keeping it activated for long periods of time will drain Ude's energy reserves, and will then start draining chakra, which would be drained even faster. Another downside is that the stresses on the hand from this mode are also very high, and can cause severe damage to the hand if kept activated too long.
