Hmm the one where Lucifer got scammed isn't really a filler per se. There were slight modifications, but most of it followed the short story which was published in a Japanese magazine titled 'Demon King, deciding to become an honest merchant'. It was also republished as the first chapter in volume 7. I'm thinking they put it as a last episode to close up on Suzuno's arc, and they can't do much with just one ep left...

Eh, which one was the beach episode? I went back to check and found out the filler episode was the one where Lucifer asked Maou and Ashiya to get back his PSVita, then it struck me that it probably didn't happen in the LN.

I'm up to Volume 5 now.

The bad part about addicted to LN is.... you feel alone as sh*t when it not released quick enough....

Sending something one off, or sending messages seems a lot easier than making frequent trips to and from Ente Isla.

Maybe there are 2 kind of gate spell....

1. Full scale gate that human and devil could pass.

2. Small gate that only suitable for small packet item.

I'm re-reading bits and pieces of translation and spoilers and this struck me. It is mentioned a few times that holy magic and demonic power only exist in a world because that world is near destruction. So, the ultimate goal for Maou and the gang is to "restore the balance" and save their home world? And then there'll be no demons or angels, just human beings living together? :O

Well, Maou was tasked to restore that balance, and it is possible that he just a normal human in that world but at the moment is the demon lord.

Still, it been told that the world was already not balance..
