It doesn't matter what its called. The fact is, primacy had been given to Ryou more so than Kyou. Although I don't know who called it the Fujibayashi Sisters Route, because the drama CD clearly dictated her portion of the story as Clannad: Fujibayashi Kyou route. Regardless, if it is indeed the Fujibayashi sisters route, certainly it did not feel balanced in regards to the route's management of both characters.

I'm not really into porn games (Fate/Stay Night in my opinion barely counts) but this does look good.
And I have to admit, they do have good drawing quality.
I'll give it a shot.
Now we just gotta translate this at some point.

As long as they stay faithful to the characters and the story I say this will be pretty good.

Alright played through it (Well, to the extent someone not fluent in Japanese Kenji can play through).
Seems to be about 5 days worth of storyline. Here's some notes.

• Tomoyo, Fuko, and Sunohara seem to hang around a lot. Tomoyo especially. Sunohara is still the butt monkey of the group but they mostly get along.
• Musical score was alright. Not exactly Jun Maeda and Shinji Orito level of composing, but still pretty good.
• What impressed me the most was the variety of facial animation. Although Kyou won't put down her arm for some reason.
• Cheesy sound effects, but what can you do?
• They had some pretty good CG's. Including Tomoya imagining what Ushio would look like if Kyou was her biological mother (sweet little Kyoushio!)

Now for some story notes:

• It's been about five years since Nagisa's death, and reasonably, Tomoya is still kinda shook up about it but has made peace with it.
• Ushio is currently living with Tomoya so this takes place sometime in the middle of Ushio's arc in the season of Autumn.
• Kyou, of course, seems to find reasons to stay around Tomoya's place, including staying for dinner.
• Whole gang seems to hang around, but then again, this is the part before the main story takes off.
• Ending scene is Kyou coming out of the bathroom wearing a towel (whole scene is PG-13) after taking a shower at Tomoya's place for some reason and Tomoya running into her. Gets even more awkward when she trips, falls on the floor, and the towel comes mostly undone.
• Demo ends with Tomoyo and Ushio walking in the door for what I hope to be major lols.

Pretty good trailer for the game at the end of the demo, which seems to indicate that this is due out sometime in May.

I'm not quite sure I agree with Sunohara's portrayal from what I saw in this demo. He's a little too over the top, even for him. As for Tomoyo, from what I gathered she is...

...a high school teacher in the area, given that she admonishes the kids that basically knocked Ushio over without any kind of apology early on and they acknowledged her as "sensei".

Based on what I gathered from the scene, Kyou was making dinner with Ushio's help again but Ushio spilled something and it nailed Kyou. Kyou went to take a shower to clean up and Ushio went out to buy something they had apparently run out of.

One other story note I picked up on:

Apparently Kyou's getting married to some guy she was set up with by her family, possibly at Ryou's insistence (not 100% sure on this, I have to re-play the scene where she talks about it). Whatever the case, Kyou does talk about how it's "miai kekkon", a.k.a. an arranged marriage. A curious twist, to be sure. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out, though all things considering I think we all know what the "true end" will be here.

The demo definitely has my curiosity piqued, though I'm a bit concerned about characterizations for some of the cast.

Another funny thing is that Tomoya is apparently involved in a love triangle between Kyou and Tomoyo... *snicker*

He just doesn't know it, yet.

This WILL indeed to interesting to watch.

Interesting developments recently in the Kyou sector. It's a shame that the translation projects have all fallen through in some form or another. At this point I'm guessing it'd be faster for people to learn the language from scratch rather than to wait for someone to translate these games.

Argh. That final after story dvd can't be released soon enough.

The summary really did not reveal much. In fact, we have so far been revealing more than this article.

Another World: Kyou Chapter is basically about how Ryou and Tomoya started dating while Kyou just pushed along (of course, the article did not mention that it was Kyou's idea to begin with), but it got to the point where Kyou had feelings she cannot reveal. How will the three react? Well, find out in the ova in July

Ah, arigato, arigato. Seems like this is going to be a nice love triangle drama with some tragedy (I imagine) mixed in, hopefully everything will be paced well enough to leave us satisfied. At least this LT will turn out for the better Although, I will feel bad for Ryou

Well, she's a teacher in Hikarizaka (the school that CLANNAD was in). Not just any school in the area, but Hikarizaka. Which does remind us all on Misae.
