I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Lelouch has to act all respectful of Suzaku, almost to the point of hero worship, to fit in with the false memories. Hard to imagine Lelouch calling Suzaku "Suzaku-sama", but whatever. ^^;;

That's a interesting point. How would Lelouch react in the presence indeed, since the extent of his fake memories are unknown. Aside from Nunnally who we know doesn't exist in the implanted memories the Emperor gave him, others like Suzaku, Euphie and Cornelia are a total mystery.

As regards to the whole Suzaku being known as Knight of Seven....I doubt that's something you can hide and I imagine there was just as much fanfare in becoming a Knight of Rounds as there was in becoming Euphies Knight. So the chance of the general public knowing is high I would say especially since its a filthy eleven, its like a scandal!
