Wow, that's cool. I'd like to know how that happened. I mean, it wasn't caused by wind was it? As if some particles in the air exploded and pushed the clouds outward. Damnit, I need a scientific explanation!

Something very similar to this phenomenon would be Steam Rings sometimes found near volcanoes.
