where do you put the tones you download into photoshop like which folder
like these here

I think they go into one of the folders found in the Presets folder.
Adobe Folder->Photoshop Folder->Presets->Brushes, Textures, Patterns etc. I'm not all that great at explaining things so I could be wrong.

when i put stuff like that in for after effects it usally goes under plug ins

those file comes with photoshop ready extension. they are ready to go. just open the zip file and double click.

for example, the pattern, just go into ur picture and use > fill > patterns > the pattern u downloaded.

it's there automatically once you double clicked (install) it

wut about those image packs?! i dont understand it.. is it just a collection of images?

where are u suppose to put these image packs? which photoshop folder?

There patterns so once you unzip them you put them in Adobe > Photoshop CS> Presets > Patterns.

image packs? copy and paste of course

to install those pattern and brush, double click it and then install into the folder properly
