According to TR Wikia (Harutora page), the twins' last name is 'Kinobe'. I don't know how accurate it is though.

EDIT: I think the twins' name is Yuuka and Hina.

Long story short, the cover binding will be revealed soon, and the one in it might be Yakotora (well, it says a "main character" that hasn't made it to the cover yet - I'm assuming that if it refers to Part 2, it might be Yakotora, otherwise, I suppose it'll be someone else, since all the youngsters have appeared in the cover already, so it may be Amami or some other important male character, maybe).

I wish It really is Yakoutora!! I want to see at least one covered of him in the 2nd part. Well, let's also considered this possibility because of the plot of the volume which looks revolve around Harutora and the plan to capture him
