No No No, I didn't mean that H-Game wasn't good enough to be TV-Anime. I only mean the remake of series. TV-anime has very low chance to be remaked and comeback as TV-anime again (if not new season).

H-Game - Kanon

OVA is more suitable for the return of Claymore.

what the fuck!!!!! Claire defeated Rigaldo with her own human hands??? Not even Phantom Miria's burst of speed or flash sword could do the job!!!!

I think it only mean 1 thing: Claire will confront Priscila using her 2 arms awakened. I HOPE she don't defeat Priscila, as Priscila is the strongest being in the whole Claymore universe. (Claire as it is don't even have a chance against the Dwellers of Abyss)

Lol, the only thing that really annoys me is that, I assume they're trying to finish off the main story plot but leave out every other one which are somewhat as important.

I understand how you feel, last tuesday I was really bothered when I first saw the screenshots and all.

Now I feel more like... "uh, whatever. They really messed it up, but I still have the manga, after all"...until I see next episode.
And I will surely need some of Seska's great self control to avoid excessive ranting in the episode thread

I agree on your points, but I think that Raki's presence would make Priscilla's defeat possible, maybe Easley's too...the power of love between Raki and Claire can do anything...
so I think that the established manga "power levels" probably don't matter anymore in the anime...

should make it interesting. There is no way Clare will defeat Prissy with ther 2 hands/Claymore alone. She has to awaken completely (I think) to give her a fighting chance once pris and Isley get to Pieta. I can't wait to see Isley expression when he "senses" Rigald's gone.

I wonder, after anime is over, can someone make a post with all the differences that manga has? For those of us who are too lazy to read manga, lol, I would just love to know what exactly happened in Pieta and so on. I really hate when they animate unfinished manga, why don't they just wait and make it when manga is over, lol, they did same thing with FMA and it was so annoying. Or plan 2 seasons from the beginning, I don't mind the wait, but I do mind when they completely turn things around like it seems to be happening in Claymore anime.

WTF, Why didn't the creators just let The king of The North and the Lady of the West fight it out!

They are building armies against each other anyways? Why should the Claymores fight a way that others can fight for them?

Just let the Awaykened ones kill each other off!

Personally, if you want to know the differences between the anime and the manga I'd simply suggest reading the manga. It's very good.

Buuuut... if you're absolutely against that, I suppose I can summarize some things. Well, let's see.... differences so far:

Spoiler for lots of manga spoilers:

Raki, Pris, and Isley weren't heading to Pieta and never actually went there. They were heading to the land of the South. Raki never saw Pris eating guts and (even up to the present chapter) may not know she is a yoma, specifically an Awakened One. The dialog between Isley, Pris, and Raki was considerably different as such and Raki continued training under Isley.

In Pieta, the majority of the fighting was similar. Between the two waves when Flora asked Clare about her Flash Sword, instead of just talking and Jean interrupting, they actually fight a bit. Clare at first holds back because she only cares about killing Awakened Beings, but Flora explains she needs to know Clare's true power because they are participating in group fights and if Clare actually ends up being stronger than Flora, Flora will tell Miria to make Clare the squad captain instead. After this, Clare understands and they both come at each other with full power Flash Sword and Windcutter. Both of them get cut up quite a bit and the conclusion is that Clare is faster with her Flash Sword, but Flora has more precision and force with her Windcutter. Flora says that they both have around the same overall "power", but Clare says if the power is equal than the one with more precision should be considered on a higher level. Flora reluctantly agrees and starts to ask Clare about when she appeared to cross her limit for a second against the AO earlier in Pieta, but stops herself and says it probably doesn't matter in this situation. Flora helps Clare back onto her feet (they were both still kneeling after the fight) and says, "Let's make sure we definitely survive this battle together." (Personally, I liked the way this was handled in the manga much more than in the anime... my guess is they just didn't want to animate the fight between Clare and Flora)

Unlike in the anime, Rigaldo didn't call the AOs back when he went in; they stayed and kept fighting even as Rigaldo killed the leaders. The same Claymores were killed by Rigaldo, and most the fight against him was the same. There were a few differences from when Clare started fighting Rigaldo alone though. First, he never tried throwing a pillar at her... The one other very, very large difference though: it was how Clare was able to kill Rigaldo. Yes, her legs partially awakened, but...

Spoiler for DIRECT IMAGE SCAN FROM THE MANGA, CH. 11:

To save Clare from awakening after Rigaldo was toast, she asked Helen to cut off her head like in the anime, but Jean stopped Helen at the last second instead of them noticing Priscilla (because Priscilla wasn't there...). Jean sacrifices herself and uses the last of her energy to bring Clare back from near-awakening, just like Clare had done to Jean earlier, commenting on how her debt is payed off. It's a very dramatic scene, you should really read it instead of just a summary for the full effect.

After Clare is back to normal, there are only 6 Claymores still conscious because the others were still fighting all the AOs while Rigaldo was on his rampage and without their captains, obviously they didn't do well. Four of these 6 are the slashers (Clare, Deneve, Helen, Miria) and they prepare themselves because there are still over 23 AOs remaining to fight... impossible odds.

Anyways, Raki and Isley find Priscilla out in the snow staring off in the distance (naked, I might add) and watching "lights in a distance place going out" (ie. the Claymore's yoki in Pieta). As they watch, she talks about 6 left.. (it cuts to Pieta fighting for a bit then back to Pris) now 3 left, then 2... then 1.. then all the lights have disappeared (she's crying as she says this).

The AOs that remain continue to their next destination... as do Raki, Isley, and Priscilla.

Are all the Claymore's in Pieta dead? Why is Isley heading south? What happens to the rest of the AOs? Who the hell is Alicia and Beth?

These events happen after the time frame the anime is currently at, so I won't be including them in a "differences" spoiler. If you want to know, read the manga or find some other spoiler. XD

This is what I explained awhile ago, it's time consuming to type the differences between manga and anime. The best solution is to read 3 chapters every day...wont even take 30 minutes of your time, unless you're a slow reader.

I agree though. It's much more satisfying to read the manga. That's why I left events post-what's-going-on-now unexplained.

Also, it seen it will be Raki the one to pull Clare out of awakening, which will waste Jean's opportunity to pay her life debt and senseless waste one of the best parts of the manga Also, Isley should be going south to confront Luciela, not wasting his time to kill insignificant Claymores he (and the Claymore's own organization) don't even give a damn.
