Let's just hope that they did enough during the extra three months they should have been given from the delay. I don't have any plans on getting Dunamis15, at the very least.
Toast after finishing the game? ;p (instead of the "bye bye BW" on the ship)
Spoiler for End Game spoilers:
That's still impossible, because the Kid in the center is clearly Kaburaki, but the Takeshi on the right is also Kaburaki. If this is a perception trick, then maybe, but that's what makes it so confusing: how can there be two different Kaburakis?
When I saw that wallpaper, I thought of the Clone Law. Maybe they're trying to give players a red herring to make them guess Tsugumi's 'real identity', rather than the others.

Spoiler for CG + End game:
But that's still explainable if you take into account that Coco hasn't aged by 2034. Technically, it could be in 2034... were it not for the two Kaburakis.
Spoiler for English keywords:
I think the last one is supposed to be "life is cruelly carved", which would just be Engrish, since I've seen som Japanese phrases that say something like that.
Just finished the game. I'm amazed, there were so many plot twists that sent a shock throught my spine... Sometimes I could do nothing but stare expressionless at the screen going : "Huh?"
However, some things were way too off and hard to explain logically like:
Spoiler:
why in 2017 accident there had to be exactly people like they? An immortal, an amnesiac, a girl who had a child clone, a plain weird little girl and an average guy? They were way too special that it cant be a coincidence. What happened to the rest of the people@Lemu?
And sometimes the game just pulls stuff out of nothing... You'll know what i'm talking about
They brought similar people together on purpose to confuse blick winkel and bring him down to save everyone (ie. he looks into the situation and wonders "Why is everything happening again?". Yuu(haru) lured Tsugumi back by telling her that her two kids would be there and Ryogo purposely acted like Takeshi for the purpose of confusing him. Coco and Sara aren't that similar so only the amnesia was a coincidence. If they were too different, Blick Winkel would've sensed that something was amiss.
Tsugumi and You were brought there because of Leiblich. Coco and Takeshi are fairly normal people on vacation, so only Ryogo's amnesia was coincidental.
It wasn't a conspiracy, but there were reasons it were those people.
Spoiler:
Sora - obviously can't escape LeMU.
Coco - was likely going to visit her father and too deep in LeMU to escape.
Kid - due to his problems had to be treated in the infirmary at the moment the accident happened.
You - was attending Kid when the accident happened. Note that at this point she was completely unrelated to Leiblich, the clone thing was a completely separate matter at this point.
Tsugumi and Takeshi - coincidence. Just happened to be in the elevator when the accident happened.
Some theories have it that the reason for Kid's amnesia is Blick Winkel entering his body ( http://www.kgptzac.info/ever17/d_amnesia.html ), making him being one of the victims the very reason he has amnesia. You was at that point completely unrelated to the incident and just happened to be that one worker who stayed behind; could've been anyone. Sora and Coco were pretty much bound to be stuck in the accident considering their situation, Tsugumi was there because of Leiblich, and only Takeshi was there by pure coincidence.
As for 'was it really an accident' - yes and no. While people weren't locked up on purpose, it wasn't completely an accident either. The idea was to quickly evacuate the visitors from LeMU, then completely close it to prevent scientists from IBF from escaping (as Tief Blau had just broken out, and all of those scientists were going to die an inevitable death; Leiblich tried to prevent them from escaping so TB wouldn't spread and the world wouldn't find out about it). The six main characters were just collateral damage in this emergency action. In a normal evacuation they'd have gotten away, but Leiblich didn't WANT people to be able to escape anymore after the visitors had been evacuated.
You wasn't completely unrelated; you might recall that her dad worked for Leiblich and her sole purpose for being there was to find him before her supposed death.
Translations for Chapter 2 are done, so I just have to wait for a typesetter from my group. Hopefully it'll be up pretty soon, but until then.
Spoiler for Chapter 2 Translations:
1
(The chamber is flooding! Where's the escape route!?)
(Damn it... I better calm down...)
(... Before we think about escaping,)
(we'll need to find a way out of this chamber first.)
2
(It seemed that the shock caused the hatch's emergency lock to activate, but...)
(Beep beep)
(... It's no use. The power's dead.)
(However, according to the structure of the hatch...)
(If you pick the panel open like this, and...)
(punch a hole through the hydraulic pipe...!)
3
(... Then the door should open.)
(A-ah.)
(... Wait...)
(What if...)
(What if we open the door and it's also flooded on the other side...?)
(Move.)
(Ah...)
(Hey... wait for me!)
4
(Doesn't seem like anyone's around... Could it be that we're the only ones left here?)
(... If we head this way, then there should be an escape pod.)
(Who's there!?)
(Guests! Are you unhurt?)
(Ah! You're that employee from earlier!)
5
(There's been an emergency! Please escape from this place immediately!)
(What exactly happened anyway!?)
(Forbidden information, Level Delta...)
(Tief Blau...)
(H-hey! What's wrong?)
... System Wieder aufnehme...
(I don't understand what you're talking about!)
(What is the meaning of this?)
(Please...)
(Run away!)
6-7 Spread
(W-whoa!!)
(Quickly! Run away!)
8
(Whoa...!)
(Seriously, you're such a handful...!)
9
(Quickly, this way!)
(Are you two all right?)
(Yeah... huh?)
(Didn't she just get swallowed up by the water a moment ago?)
(Is there something wrong?)
(Ah, it's nothing...)
(I'm just glad that we made it out of there...)
(What's going on?)
10
(The escape pod I stumbled upon earlier... It's unusable, right?)
(Correct... I believe that compartment has already flooded.)
(There are currently no ways to escape.)
(H-)
(How is that possible? This place is new, so shouldn't it have some other emergency escape routes...?)
(... I apologize...)
(Ah... I mean...)
(It's not your fault...)
(No... it's my responsibility to make sure that all guests are safe, so it is my fault...)
(By the way, would you...)
11
(... let go on my hand already?)
(Ah, s-sorry!)
(Aah... if only we weren't in this situation, this kind of thing would have been more enjoyable...)
(Hahaha...)
(My fingers are... trembling...)
(Damn it... Maybe I'm too weak-willed for this kind of situation...)
12
(Calm down!)
(It may be scary and I'd like to get the heck out as soon as possible, but I need to calm down!)
(How about the port on the opposite side?)
(And yet there's her...)
(You seem to know quite a lot about the circumstances...)
(Oh? So there is one after all.)
(I'm going to go check it out for myself.)
(How is she so strong...?)
(Hey...)
13
(The two of us are going. How about you?)
(I...)
(I'd prefer to get out of here as soon as possible...)
(But...)
(In any case...)
(I really, really, want to get out of here, but...)
(Maybe it was because of that desire that I said...)
(I'm coming too!)
14
(Huh? I thought I just heard something...)
(An elevator...?)
(Nah, no way an elevator is seriously going to work in this situation...)
(Slam)
(No wonder I heard something!)
(There's someone locked inside the elevator!)
(Slam)
(Gaaaaaah!)
(Hey! Can you hear me down there!)
(Yes! Loud and clear!)
15
(It's a pretty long drop.)
(But...)
(I just have to do it!)
(Ow...)
(Are you okay up there?)
(Y-yeah, I'm fine.)
(Just hang on, I'll open it up!)
16
(Guh...)
(I'll save you... for sure...!)
(Whoa!)
(Huh, wait... You're...)
(Ah, you're that boy from...)
(Give me your hand, I'll pull you up!)
(Okay!)
17
(Yay, I'm saved!)
(Thank you very much!)
(No problem.)
(You did well for hanging on by yourself, Coco-chan!)
(Pipi was there with me, so I was okay!)
(Then again...)
(Where did everyone else go?)
(Oh, that's because-)
(Ah, so you were over here after all!)
18
(Sora, I found you!)
(You-san!)
(Is your group all right? No one's hurt, are they?)
(Yes, we're doing well.)
(Have you analyzed our current situation?)
(No, there's still some variables that need to be accounted for...)
(Block 1 has been flooded and we aren't able to reach the escape pods in Block 5...)
(Ah, about that!)
(What about it...?)
(Block 5's no good, either. All the escape pods have already been deployed.)
19
(Then we have no choice but to search the rest of the blocks for any remaining escape pods...)
(If only we can gauge the current condition of this facility...)
(Ah! Why don't we try checking the control room?)
(We can check up on many different areas through the monitors there, right?)
(Yes, we can.)
(Then it's decided!)
(Let's go!)
(And so...)
20
(We, the ones who were left behind, head to the control room in order to find any remaining escape pods.)
(But... Unfortunately...)
(How is it, Sora?)
(It's no use. I've scanned the facility, but in the end...)
(There isn't even a single escape pod we can use...)
21
(No way! Then... that means...)
(We've done all we can. The only thing left to do is hope that we'll be saved.)
(Can you contact the people on the surface?)
(I've been trying to get in touch with them, but...)
(I haven't been able to contact the surface, even by calling all the emergency numbers.)
(In other words...)
(They've labeled us as missing and have abandoned us.)
(Nobody's going to answer our SOS signal.)
22
(Even if you say that, if an accident were to happen...)
(Shouldn't they still send a rescue party to investigate?)
(Y-yeah, she's right!)
(So? Since we don't know when help will arrive, how long can we survive here?)
(This facility was built to sustain emergency situations in case anyone should be trapped inside.)
(Theoretically speaking, with the backup energy, food, and water supply, we would be able to sustain a semi-permanent lifestyle without very much trouble.)
(However, the air circulation in the facility has stopped...)
(Eh!?)
(The other personnel probably should already be aware of it, so there's a chance that it might be fixed.)
23
(That isn't what I want to hear about.)
(Tell me frankly.)
(Creak)
(How much time do we have?)
(Since water is flooding in and lowering the air pressure, therefore crushing the facility...)
(The time limit we have is approximately...)
24
(170 hours and 17 minutes.)
(After that time has passed...)
(LeMU will implode.)
(The heavy burden of truth...)
Also, Chapter 3 of the web comic is up on Famitsu.
Spoiler for First Impressions:
Takeshi: "This place is underwater! Why don't we swim out?"
Coco has a VIP LeMU pass?
Introductions. Kid still has amnesia.
Tsugumi seems to be investigating the computer system for something. She's asking Takeshi to come with her for a bit, so the egg elevator segment might be next chapter.
Speaking of which, today marks the second year anniversary of me getting the game. Still feels like it was only yesterday... I had no idea what I was in for that day...
I beat Ever 17 a little while ago (maybe three months?) and I just noticed soemthing while reading through this thread that made me need to sign up just to ask, is the manga based on the xbox 360 remake? Because I seem to recall the whole 170 hours and 17 mins only being on that trailer for 360, and that has unfortunate implications for the future quality of the manga if I'm right

It is based on the Xbox 360 version. But you shouldn't judge the Xbox 360 remake just yet since it isn't even out.
I admit my confidence in the remake was shaken a bit by the ultimate result of Code_18, but at least none of the Code_18 staff is working on the Ever17 remake. Hopefully they have someone very competent working on it.
Besides, the 170 hours 17 minutes things doesn't change much. Their time limit is still May 7th (Tsugumi says so in the third chapter).

Perhaps I shouldnt judge too quick but from the little I've seen of the trailer I dont have high hopes,
Spoiler for Xbox Trailer+ End game stuff:
I mean really? Two Kaburaki's? and Sara's pointing a gun at her mother?
Im relatively sure that there'll be other things like that so thats why I'm a bit worried about it
