I don't find it realy suprising. Livi has short fuse, we know that much. I would be actualy suprised if he intended going actualy through all he said. He has issue, but he wouldn't actualy hurt people he loves and that include not just Nike but also Bard.

I don't think I ever saw a shoujo female MC saying something like "I'll split their skulls", especially involving her love interest. Most other shoujo heroines are meek and delicate-like Nike really is the shoujo heroine of all shoujo heroines!
Also, do I recall correctly that Nike's seiyuu is new? Anyhow, I sure like her voice. She plays Nike really well.

I liked this episode.
Very nice reversal from the first episode of this series. With Nike being the country girl in the big city, and now its Livi the city boy in hicksville, lol. Nike's sisters are fun to watch, and them smothering Livi was funny. Its been only 3 months since Nike came to Sun Country? dang, she's been a busy highness in training with all the stuff that's happened so far. The legend about the Rain country was interesting. Looks like moodkiller guy in the shadows wants Nike back.

I thought that kiss was very sweet, and Nike and Livi's reaction afterwards was extremely cute .
I guess while Nike has accepted that she's Livi's wife and that she cares for and wants to support him, she hasn't yet realized that she's genuinely in love with him yet. I think It's only now, and after he's gone through the trouble of using their vacation to take her home to see her grandma and in seeing more of how much he cares for her, that she's starting to finally understand what she really feels for him and that she now sees him more as a man than as a boy that requires maternal affection. And that realization is what led her to finally plant a kiss on Livi instead of the other way around for once . So it seems like Nike has her own Luna, or at least someone who wants doesn't want to see her with Livi, and it seems as though he has her grandmother's support in that regard which is likely to stir up trouble . Those poor elders . Nike still proves to be a knockout in any dress . Nike's sisters are proving to be quite hilarious and I loved the entrance of the two sisters, their interaction with Livi, and Nike's subsequent reaction to their antics. I also found it interesting that I could recognize which sister was Ai Kayano and not the Mariya Ise sister. Looking forward to seeing them with Neil in the next episode .
