for now i only read the manga and was just starting the WN, i got a quick question, in which WN chapter does she evolve in arachne?

also if i want to start the WN from the the current translated manga chapters which chapter should i start?

Chapter 186.

Incidentally, the manga is following the LN version rather than the WN version. For manga is currently about half-way through LN3. While LN1-3 were fairly unchanged compared to the original, later LNs have rather significant differences. One of which is that the MC spends much more time as an arachne in the LN

or in the WN she lost this form shortly after?

She get it the same, I think (I'm only at vol 3 at LN)

The difference is the length of time when she's in arachne. In WN. She evolve further, past arachne, in fast pace.

In the WN/LN she evolves to arachne at about the same time though some of the details are different. The real difference is what happens next - in the WN she evolves again fairly quickly while in the LN it takes more than 2 years. That's why I said "the MC spends much more time as an arachne in the LN".

In the LN, arachne evolution occurs in volume 5 and the next evolution occurs in volume 7.

On the way to become arachne she hit taboo level 10. That changed everything.

oh yeah that did happen inthe manga but then for the current next chapters the scene changed to other characters and haven't gone back to her yet

Dunno, I just finished reading the official vol 3 tl, and I feel that we (the readers) were given a lot more info about what was going on, when compared to the WN. (It's been a long time since I read this part in the WN, tho)
We were immediately told the world was collapsing, and that massacring a lot of people/monsters was supposedly a remedy for that, but that Kuro and D probably wouldn't approve of that method… maybe.

So even if the Reader isn't told the full contents of Taboo, we'd still understand that she's pissed about being put on a world on the verge of collapse (unexplained why it's collapsing) while it should be someone else's business and all.

With regards to the latest chapter...

I had wondered if Shiro would try to stall or maybe divert Kuro or something but nope we're right into what's possibly the Last Boss battle. If I was going to guess what happens next, Kuro will be defeated but also escape. He'll be weak enough that he won't risk confronting Shiro again but try to work behind the scenes to obstruct her. Going to be interesting to see how this all plays out - nice to have a real battle for the first time in ages...

Well, the scene is not yet written but I doubt the manga will go into any more detail than the LN. What you'll get is more like an "executive summary" but without a lot of the details - basically, with Taboo installed Kumoko now knows a LOT more than the reader. But on the other hand, the details don't matter too much just yet.
