Nice! We'll be getting another bad-ass teacher animated. I did have to drop the manga due to RL issues, but it looks like the anime will be what I need to get back into it.

I remember reading it but after some bullshit supernatural arc writing went to shit. When I check new chapters I don't even remember most of characters.

Im hyped and not hyped at same time for this, It started out very strong and stayed that way but like others said that one arc ruined it .. Hope anime doesnt reaches it so all good.

Well ... I guess we will see what they do with the adaptation. It could be good, I think. Depends on how they choose to adapt, what t hey pick and the rest.

This series never really grabbed me.

This anime will premiere this spring, as it is pretty rare for a series to be announced shortly a few months before its premiere to actually ends up good (Madoka Magica, which was announced back in November 2010 two months before its premiere, ended up great, as is Sengoku Collection).

Premise sounds like an harem version of GTO for some reason. I don’t give a fuck on which studio will animate this, but if they handed it to a good director and writer, I’ll watch.

tbf it was fine up to Kagami do whole school speech. after that is pretty obvious the author drag it on despite he pretty much run out of good idea.

if they animate up to that point. it should be fine

I just wish they keep the VA cuz even if I had drop the manga before I might pick it up again just for Daisuke-san.

Maybe 2 years ago I could have been excited for this, but the manga lost a lot of its charm from the early few chapters. Or perhaps to better put it, the inherent flaws in the premise became more obvious.

I think the reception might just be as lukewarm.

I dropped this too somewhere near the beginning, but that was so long ago I don't even remember why.

Seems to be quite a common problem, which isn't doing this show any favors already.

There's nothing wrong with the manga in my eyes. There "super-natural" arc is an online game which shouldn't be that much of a surprise seeing that he's a hardcore gamer.

I also dropped this one about a year ago when the story became repetitive and lost its charm. Didn't really see anything wrong with any particular arc like the others mentioned here though.
