I commend you for your effort, but I'd rather have the kanji/romaji text plus translation (if possible) instead of pictures of the lyrics.

Googled the lyrics, apparently it's the OP for a game named tamayura [魂響]. I think the song shares the same title. Artist is Rekka Katakiri [片霧烈火]

That's Senaka by Marie and yes the full version exists.

Ok in School Rumble Nigakki, at the end of episode 11, right before the credits theres a short bit of a song. It's played in the background from the point where she's wishing the soccer guy good luck till the credits start.
