Remember that the production comitee is likely to be Geneon once again.
Therefore, while Ufotable sure has an established trackrecord for F/Z and KnK, it doesn't mean F/SN will have a better/worse/equal quality either, considering it isn't Aniplex having the reins over the production decisions.

As such, better wait for the staff list and a trailer.

This is true. We could still end up stuck with badly chopped plugs from other routes and DRAGON SEX if Geneon acts stupidly. At least it'll look pretty.

At the very least, DEEN’s F/SN is not only able to keep me awake but also *gasp* entertain me to a certain degree. On the other hand, I slept through almost every episode of Tsukihime anime (except for the last one). Note that I didn’t even feel sleepy before watching it. So yeah, Tsukihime anime is that bad.

Any word on which route they're doing? Personally, I would like to see ufoatable adaptations of Fate and Unlimited Blade Works along with an anime adaptation of Heaven's Feel.

Because Fate/Stay Night is the name of the visual novel, of which Heaven's Feel is a route? Remember, "Fate/Stay Night" is not the name of Saber's route.

Yeah, I guess I wouldn't be surprised to see Kalafina. If you have ufotable and Type-Moon, you definitely got Kalafina.
But yeah, since Fate and UBW already got animated it'd make sense to do Heavens Feel. They could just re-do the whole series, but imagine the time it'll take for us to get HF animated.

It seems it has been confirmed it is going to be just a Heaven's Feel adaption rather than a full remake of Fate/Stay Night.

Here is the Heaven's Feel opening of the PS Vita version of Fate/Stay Night. This opening was made by Ufotable. It is a good indication of what we can expect, but beware it spoils a lot of Heaven's Feel.
