Hello! I'm new here though I'm a long time lurker. I've been an anime fan for... omg... about 15 or so years now... but there've been breaks in between that for life!

I work as an artist and a freelance writer (I make things from polymer clay like jewellery and accessories so I count that as artistry haha). I love playing video games, mostly RPGs and such. I'm currently playing the new Skyrim (the original is my favourite game ever), Fallout 4 and ESO. I'm almost exclusively a PS4 player because my gaming PC has given up on life. I've got all my favourite anime and currently watching listed in my profile so I won't repeat them here.

I don't know what else to say so hopefully I'll get to know some of you in the future ^_^

Anyways, I am currently reading High School DxD, the primary reason I'm here.

I ended up here from a Discord server. Had a look around, a thought make an account, because i can..

I am late 80's make from Europe, who used to watch your average generic stuff as a kid like Dragon Ball, Sailor moon, some weird Korean anime which ended up with me, and stuff i dont even remember. Sudden hop to about 2005 where a friend of mine introduced me (again) to anime, with again standard stuff like Black Lagoon, Elfen Lied, Vampire hunter D, and Azumanga. Life again interrupted anime to take over my everyday life up until 2013. Moved to different country, bored monotone life, PC games weren't that fun either. Life was dull as ever. Right until i found a post about Sora no Otashimono, and binged the whole series as it is (season 1-2). Than Zero no tsukaima. Than Shakugan no Shana. And slowly but surely Anime kept creeping on me, which manifested last in 2016 where i finished over all 100 titles (may not sound much, but with a full time job it is).

Nowadays i pretty much indulging my self in whatever anime or japan related. Learning the language (is a pain in the ass), watch youtubers traveling, and living there, and such.

It should work. Unless you're trying to select a pre-defined Avatar, that is. Maybe some are reserved for forum mods or admins only? Not sure myself...

If you want your own, personal Avatar, though, just go through the following...

1. Click on the "User CP" tab at the top of the forum window.

2. Then click on "Edit Avatar".

3. At the bottom of the new window, click on the "Use Custom Avatar" bullet.

4. Select the Avatar of your choice (it has to be on your computer and must be at max. either 125 pixels high x 125 pixels wide or 125 KB in size).

5. Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the window.

If this doesn't work, try with a different browser, or contact the forum admins.
