Ah, I see...

But really I wish we would see Ruby casting some more powerful spells!
But such a magic is not really popular in Rosario...
(Maybe it is better this way...)

Well in the anime Ruby did use a forbidden magic as opposed to the manga her master used it. Ruby in the manga is a kinder, unlike the anime who had an attitude change.

... like so many others, Ruby's character was killed by Gonzo

I really, really hope someone does OVA's of R+V that show the epicness that is R+V (i.e., antithesis arc, and maybe even our current one when it finishes)

On a positive note, I have to admit her "Many many things" speech amuses me every time.

yes, "many things have happened" the only problem was no one gave her the time to finish the 2nd half of her sentence: 'first they messed with my story and then they turned all my screentime into a bad joke.'

her saying that only worked for the first 3 eps. the joke that almost always gets me is the moka-san, tsukune gag.

btw, the vol3 manga still hasnt come out in montreal . someone must have made a huge mistake or something to cause such a delay.

I constantly wonder where they got that "many many things" from... Ruby has never once said it... and Kurumu's "YAHOO" is weird... I think she's said it once maybe twice in the whole manga... I think the animators are trying to give every character a catch phrase...

its probably BC ruby has many things she does in the background when the arcs usually focus on the main group around tsukune. maybe gonzo wants her to express to the others what news they missed out on.

Yeah sadly they keep cutting her off because they know that's what she really wants to talk about . Honestly they really have done bad with Ruby there. Standing around and saying that line for 90% of her screen time really doesn't get you very far.

"many things have happened" is getting right up with "Moka-san" "Tsukune"x1000 in terms of things I just have to skip over during an episode. God forbid the writers try to come up with a few extra lines of dialogue instead of constant repitition.

The first time Kurumu said "YAHOO" I twitched. Just twitched. I don't know if it's because of my love for her character in the manga, or her voice actor, or what, but the thought of Kurumu saying "YAHOO"...

Yeah, it didn't sit well with me for some reason.

Whaa, I love Kurumu's 'Yahoo~oo'. Well I'll admit that it's grown on me and now I just see it as being Kurumu-cute. If anyone else does it, boo.

I'm pretty sure the "Many, many things" bit came from when Rubi showed back up in chapter 29.

Well, kapu~chuu isn't precisely something Moka says, but a sound she makes when she sucks Tsukune's blood. That's definitely a particular trait of hers, but not exactly a catchphrase.
