One of the better opening day games in a while. That was just an old fashioned ass whippin. That Denver offense looks ridiculous and I didn't even know about Julius Thomas. He looked like Colossus out there. The Ravens defense crumbles and allows the most points in franchise history the first game without Ed Reed and Ray Lewis on the roster.

Hey wingdarkness. You actually gonna stick around this season? Or are you gonna bolt if the Saints go down the toilet early like you did last year? Just curious.

I think the high altitude made the Ravens rookies tired. But yeah that was a pretty poor performance in the 2nd half.

I stopped watching after the rookie took out Jacoby Jones on the punt. I knew the Ravens would implode right then and there. Said rookie also likely cost himself a job.

^ He probably did. Jacoby Jones suffered a sprained his right knee because of the hit by that rookie. IMO that hit and injury could have been avoided.

EDIT: According to reports: Jacoby Jones for 4-6 weeks due to a MCL sprain.

So, after Manning goes nuts, of course I played against him and Wes Welker in fantasy... down 57 points already.....

Some surprising news on College Football. Ranked 12 Florida Gators was defeated by unranked Miami. 21-16, mostly on part of the many turnovers.

I went to Florida and follow the program closely. Was not sold on Driskel coming into this year at all.

I drafted Peyton Manning in the 2nd and 3rd rounds respectively in my two leagues. He was my QB target and so far, so good.

Another poor game for Jadeveon Clowney. He seems to be still injured from the previous game. Mock drafts for 2014 has drop him from 1st to 2nd overall.

Some choice games today.

Carolina-Georgia was good, toss up as far as I was concerned, but Dawgs redeemed themselves.

Notre Dame-Michigan was good too, shame it'll go into storage for while.

There's a late one, USC-Washington State. almost 4th quarter, 7 all. Not the most effective play from either team but dammit, FOX sports announcers are ALL OVER USC's dick!

Damn, Washington State beat USC!! I can't believe they lost to this team.

Both USC QBs were just horrible and the O line wasn't that great either.

The main reasons that USC was in that game was because of their defence and their running game.

Roughly one hour before first kickoff.... why is time going so slow?

NFL Sunday is here. It's like Christmas. A lot of good games. I might just tune into NFL Redzone to catch multiple games at the same time.

Dammit, the Raiders lost to the Colts. Raiders 17 - Colts 21, and people and "experts" were saying that the Raiders were going to get blown out.
Despite the loss, they played really well against the Colts. They were in a position to win the game but the second INT by Pryor in the redzone is what sealed the game.

Steelers also lost to the Titans ! I wasn't expecting that. And on top of losing the game the may have lost their Pro Bowl center Maurkice Pouncey to an right knee injury.

Tom Brady and his Patriots barely manage to win against the BILLS!! And the Jets lose to the Buccaneers.

Well that settles who the worst team in football is. We were 29 over the Jets, Raiders, and Bills in the ESPN power rankings and they all looked 10x better than us.

Tough break for the Jets. Losing despite having 1 more point.

I had to throw away two trays worth of buffalo wings away by the 4th quarter. I expected better, but the Chief played so well. I hope for a better game next time for the Jaguars. My girlfriend actually threw a buffalo wing at our T.V. at the 3rd quarter.

The rest of the AFC North losing sure eases the sting of Thursday night's beat-down. I still believe the D will be better than last year's over the course of the season and into the play-offs.
