^-- Chapter 11 (page 12) - Shiho explains to him why he'll never get stronger because his blood vessels are blocked in 3 places.
It's hard to figure out what's going on, because there are so many weird things about Shiwoon that are never explained: 1) 3-Yin-type body + Illwallsindan = ? Does the Illwallsindan just give you more Ki? What it actually does to you is left a bit vague. 2) His massive spirit: When he fought the kid from Chundomoon, we hear that 'there are rare people who do not possess ki or physical prowess, but just spirit alone'... Hmmm. 3) Martial-art prodigy? He picked up foot techniques after seeing it once, and learned the inner-energy strike in a couple days, when Goomoonryong said it would take 2 months. Where did this ability come from? Hopefully we'll get some explanations soon, instead of the usual: 'holy shzt, how did he do that?' |

I see that a lot when I look at the raws it usually updates faster for some reason if you flip through the pages a lot and then go back to the start.
So I couldn't really get what happened at the end but the beginning was pretty much another day of training and another day of Shioon waking up completely fine. Looked like at the end they took him to some kind of ki specialist to check him out, might be wrong on that though. Elder guy has some pretty funny expressions throughout.

I was surprised how quickly the whole thing went by. I was expecting one chapter = one day of training until the showdown.
And how full of stride Shioon seems to be taking the whole issue. I mean, he risk losing his life within 24 hours, and he's acting like a cute puppy. Wouldn't be surprised if super doctor went out to Shioon for some... doctor's prescription.

Except that aside from its accelerated, regenerative role, the whirlpool of Ki sits basically useless, as there is nothing to move it around the body and into the right parts, at the right moment. It's like having a high-caliber pistol with neither trigger nor firing pin.
Now we have two possible scenarios - either the doctor (who, for some conspicuous reason, occupied the last frame of this chapter - suggesting it's not the last we've seen of him) indeed gives Shihoon something to restore his internal Ki pump or create a makeshift inner flow, or the battle goes awry and Finger-toting Pretty Boy inadvertently punches Shihoon's ki center back into existence and full activity. ... ... ...Or Shihoon elevates the Shoe-Tossing Technique into an art of its own kind.

It still has its uses. The abundance of ki enhances Shioon's body, so he can physically get stronger. The broken ki center just prevents him from concentrating ki to augment his strikes explosively in an instant. Shioon's ki is now completely internal and can't be used externally.

Besides, this chapter implies that if he has the time and the right training (this hell-training), then he could get immensly strong, physically-wise (not that it'll help much against the murim and their supernatural arts, though) |
