I really wouldn't look for such writing in Bleach if someone doesn't need to be rescued. Side characters get thrown to the way side when power levels start flying.

Yea but when your a soul reaper you normally get more noticed than as a human

It was stated as a fact in the beginning, that severing the chain means death, and thats exactly what happened with Ichigo.

Just becaue Kubo may have forgotten about his own rules, it doesn't make Ichigo a living beeing again.

Soul that inhabits its natural, original body is mortal. That's the definition of being alive. The only reason severing chain of fate=death is because normally that means the soul can't return to the body. But for a human with shinigami powers that's not an issue

If the problem here is how Ichigo was able to return to his body as a normal soul without a chain of fate, well, he didn't lose his powers all at once. He was returned to his body before all his powers were gone.

Yes, but I'm hoping Ichigo's training isn't simply repeated with Karin. That's assuming her visit to Urahara is about some kind of training.

Hopefully Urahara will take the time to teach Karin how to control her reiatsu, and maybe even how to cast some kido. If Karin is going to be playing a bigger role in the story it would be nice if she had a little more variety in her move set than her idiot brother.

Agreed. Because they just have to have a scene where she completely shows him up due to her variability. ^_^

Also, to comment on Ishida's statement, I believe it's a guarantee to assume that the attachment is either Zangetsu or Hollow Ichigo. Since he stated it's something which should have lost all of it's spiritual powers, making it highly likely to be either one. But after thinking about it for a second, couldn't it also technically be the Hogyoukou? Since it's also something which should of lost it's powers?

Either way, I'll just wait another week to be trolled by an ambiguous and confusing statement.

Its like we saw him so much its kind of weird, but I doubt its the last we will see of Aizen-sama.
