I have a request for the everyone in general. Please remember that not everyone has played the game or knows what the true end entails. There are some anime only posters here. The true end is still a spoiler to the anime. Well... final episode sure was intense.
Lots of action too.
Our little group sure had their hands full with this final fight.
Watching Yu fight was really something.
Pretty good final episode.

You can't really properly test if somebody can handle someone who actively tries to kill them unless you actively try to kill them.

I was meaning to ask last week why the hell the party's personas never got upgraded, but decided to wait for the last episode to air just in case. Good thing I did

Their power-up scene was a bit cliché but enjoyable nevertheless. And it confirmed once and for all that the OTP is Yu x Yosuke

I'm looking forward to the final episode/OVA. Looking at the preview, it looks like it will need to be at least 40 minutes long to included everything they want to.

Great Last episode specially when Lucifer shows up. They really are saving the best for last.

Is their a preview for episode 26 aside from that confirmation?

They definitely saved the best for last. I thought it was a good move to have the group upgrade their Personas in the last battle. Saved a bit of time and let them show just how much more powerful they were now.

I'm guessing they are saving that True End episode for a Blu Ray only release. In that case I hope it's some kind of 45 minute episode so they can really do something good with it.

Episode 25 was rushed and made me wonder what happen to the kotatsu, dolls, and cake promised when Doujima and Nanako were released from the hospital? All of a sudden it jumped to March 21 for Yuu Narukami's farewell to his family and friends.

August can't come soon enough.

It is a very decent ending. Considering the time constraint which can't be help, they still made a self contained story.

Looks like my guess about having an alternate ending in OVA form is correct. From what I gather on the end teaser, there will be a another episode 25, an alternate version from the one on broadcast, that will lead to the True final ending episode, were everything be all tied-up. Cool

I wonder when will be the North American DVD/BR release? If it contains ALL the episodes, consider it sold.

The only regret I have about the fast pace is the no christmas date scene....

COME ON! the guy is like such a pimp in the game, he can hook up with like every girl in the game and in this one, there's not even one action? lame....<__<

Yeah, I thought Chie's upgraded persona was funny for that reason.

I thought Dojima's reaction was pretty good. It's fine if he does marry Nanako but hands off while she's underage

But... 6 months to wait to watch the ending I wanted to see

Since they're taking their time though, it should be glorious!

Since the midnight channel is what the (at least majority of the) viewers wanted to see, then how much of that "Gay" Kanji is actually him but not what other people think he might be?

Chie's fist of heaven came out!!

Anyway, watching it again I found that Chie had at least 2 scenes where the viewpoint was below her skirt (fist of heaven and new persona time) but we did not see what's below (I've been watching too much harem anime

)

I just find it odd that Chie's persona has a big spear and later a 2 sided lightsaber, but don't actually use them, she prefers her kicks.
