Video player settings and screen resolution settings, for anime.

I wasn't sure where to put this, but I know from the recent Summer Banner contest that General Chat is frequented by some real tech whizzes, so I felt this might be the most productive place to put it.

Anyway, I've noticed recently by playing around with anime screenshots in an online photo editor site named Ribbet, that I tend to prefer most screenshots with significantly higher color saturation. I was thinking "It might be fun if I could watch all of Love Live! or all of the Madoka Magica: Rebellion movie with it looking like this, with this much color saturation." In fairness, it might make my eyes bleed after a hour or so, but it would be a very fun hour I suspect.

So does anybody here know if there's a way you can set video player settings or screen/monitor resolution settings to give you higher color saturation on video playback? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

For MPC: View -> Options -> Miscellaneous. There you'll find the sliders you're looking for. Other media players probably have a similar path.
