I haven't heard anything about this series before. I only saw the ANN item this morning because someone wrote a summary of the raw. A late-night anime block from NHK aimed at mature women? Sounds like something I'd enjoy, and probably a few other folks here as well. I don't even see an entry for this at fansubwiki, never mind a group interested in subbing it. Live-eviL, perhaps?

A few different sources are repeating the news that recently-launched To Love-Ru sequel To Love-Ru Darkness has an anime adaptation in the works. Obviously the format and details are not known at this time (but, personally, here's to hoping it's another TV series like the recent one, which seemed to have been better-received by some manga fans).
