But yeah I know how does it feel when you can't find a good art of the character you like. Did you try deviantart? Maybe there are some good ones at that side.

Why does its seem like all the girls who dress like Matsumoto in the cosplay's have small breast?

You're welcome. About the Matsumoto thing, well she has like ungodly large breasts, I mean Elvira comes close, but I don't think they make padding that large. The only girls who dress like her and Orihime that come close are all (whats the PC term for this) "overweight"... I'm glad you found what you needed though.

I've seen normal girls around my bus stop and around other areas near me that have breasts that if Matsumoto was perceived in reality would be around the same size, heck girls in my school are around that size.
