I thought wizards were always wizards?

Index's voice is way too cutesy to be talking about the Necrominicon.... At least Iguchi-san can mix up a little serious.

...The teacher doesn't match her voice at all.

I'm fine with Touma, Mikoto, and Index(I'm super glad that she doesn't sound annoying at all.) though and they're the only voices that I really care for... At least until we get Accelerator.

Hope the lips are not out of sync in the finished episodes.

- Not enough Touma yet, Index sounds ridiculously cute, and Mikoto sounds fine I think.

- They probably forgot that Komoe-sensei is supposed to look and act like a kid, but I don't know if there are really people like that in America since I'm not American.

- Still looking forward to Accelerator, though. I could say he could make or break the dub.

- Say, does anyone here think that Brittney Karbowski would voice the Sister clones, especially MISAKA-10032?

This is really anything new, since all the voices in that have already been shown in the 4 episodes they've already aired. I'm still waiting to hear Accelerator's voice before I decide if I should buy it or not.

The redub to "Sorcerer" is probably to differentiate Certain Magicians from stage magicians, which is the first thing that comes into most people's minds when they hear the word "magician" anyway.

Wizard just won't cut it either, since anyone in real life who is a master of anything can be called "the Wizard of X" anyway.

You know, it also helps differentiates them from 'these' types of Wizards too.

Spoiler for :

Though, it wouldn't surprise me if certain magicians met both criteria...

Regardless, it's going to take some getting used to.

Then again, it's not like we're going to have a sudden influx of Dub-only Anime watchers flooding the subforum with their Sorcery.

It's been confirmed that she will indeed be voicing all of the clones. And that includes Last Order as well.

Does anyone know when they'll release more dubs?

I already knew she would be voicing LO. What I didn't know is that she would also voice 10032. Well, if she can do a deadpan version of her Mikoto voice, she would do just fine as 10032.

So Funimation has released the rest of the dubs for subscription members. Anyone here with a subscription care to say how good Accelerator's voice is?

EDIT: And does anybody know when they'll become available for non-members?

So Dubcelerator really is a huge deal that some people make it a deal-breaker for the English dub? Well, let's see how his VA would do it.

Just asking.

It is for me. He's my favorite character so if I don't like his voice I don't really want to spend $100 on the season. Especially since I can watch the subbed for free.

We'll see. This is a make or break role for his VA (a relatively new guy named Austin Tindle, but everyone started from the bottom, so...).

If Accelerator is the deal in the story between a success or failed dub then the tagalong dub or philippine dub would ended up a huge failure. I don't even want to hear it. Just imagining it is sending chills on my spine. The chills that.... wtf!!!!
