Hopefully the anime does get to that point, but yeah, there's a reason why Workshop Witches are so powerful.
Also, LOL at Kuraishi and her friends hitting the Karaoke turning into a running gag (though I do like how it ties in somehow with the ending animation, mikes and all). I think they only did that ONCE in the manga.

Oh wow, first thing that flew into my head when i saw that cross counter:
Hajime no Ippo announcer: MIIIGGGIIIIII~!!! Epic, epic punch and an equally epic sister. So fearsome in her love of her big brother. Of course she'd pull out all the stops - unlike Kagari, who feels as though she has an unnatural compulsion to protect Honoka, Kasumi has family ties on top of her given mission as a Workshop Witch. Which means that lil Kasumi will wreck you if you mess with her brother.

What the hell was that? Frigging hilarious, that's what, even though I have next to no idea what's happening. I mean, imouto just leveled a good poriton of the city with a Kaiju fight between a rabbit, a bone lizard, and a bear, but no casualty and the residents don't see anything? XD
Overall, imouto was a pleasure to watch. Then again, I might just be biased since it's the typical rivalry between childhood friend and the sister, and it's been a while since the latter is on the losing end. But if Kagari is a witch and her mom is too, then if imouto is a witch then Honoka's mom must be one too? Interesting... It's weird though, I see resemblance between imouto and Chrono, and have to double take each time either appears to determine who is who. I recognize the difference between the two faster by their voices lol.

They should've introduced Honoka's little sister much sooner... now things are starting to get interesting
Anyway, things got a bit clearer now after episode 4. Quote:
This was already questionable before, but now, after ep. 4, even the last bit of credibility in this sentence totally went out of the window. While the Tower witches may have a big mouth, they're mostly harmless. Their mech rabbits and bone dinosaurs are just trifling matters and hardly caused any damage. The Workshop witches however are quite another thing and are anything but harmless. The immense damage they caused really is staggering. I think you could regard Ayaka and Kasumi (Honoka's little sister) as a magic version of the Dirty Pair - at least in terms of damage caused The burning question right now, after ep. 4, is... Who is keeping the ordinary people safe from the epic destruction caused by the Workshop witches? Natural disasters are nothing against them. It's a miracle that no one got harmed during that massive city levelling... except probably for that poor llama |

My advice? Watch the first episode again, in particular what happens after Kagari and Tanpopo's fight. |

Well, the alligator's master (Chrono what? VI) in episode 3 said that her barrier was about to dissapear. Probably they are setting a special kind of barrier (alternate reality zone, reality marble, magic's zone?) but, why the people are protected but the buildings get destroyed regardless of that?
Oh well... Let's wait for the proper explanation then.

Like for example, the damage done to the school building during Tanpopo and Kagari's fight and the next day everything is fine as if nothing has happened? Suddenly, I have an idea of how the damage was repaired... with magic! If magic destroys it, magic can repair it too, isn't?

In any case, it is inferred the Workshop Witches do clean up the damage from their magical battles. The chairwoman took the call after the city devastation and said they would take care of it. |
