Just finished watching the raw.

It was a *very* good episode. Sure, they cut a lot of scenes, the introductions felt too rushed, and I'm sure that a lot of people won't be able to remember more than a few character names after this episode. But they kept it suspenseful and intriguing enough. The animation was good as well, at times looked a bit sloppy, but I'm okay with it.
Also, I liked the BGM, but I'm sad they didn't keep more than a few original VN tracks.

It's kinda funny how even though some of the detail in games are tedious, you kinda miss it once it's not in the anime.

So, what are they censoring? Bad words? Prohibited words in Japan? (If there are any..)
It aired @ 1:30 AM in Japan, shouldn't that be way past bedtime for children? (That's how censoring works in our country)

Yes, Eva's.
If they're censoring words, I can't even imagine how they're going to handle the other "bits".

I haven't watched the whole episode, but as far as I know, "下女" was censored...
There seems to be a broadcasting channel or something that aired a non-censored one though.
Also, "端女" was censored...

I'm wondering if the censoring is the same across all the channels it will air on... although if they censored for a middle-of-the-night slot then it's likely the only uncensored version would exist on the DVDs :/

Edit: Oh, there was an uncensored broadcasting? And what weird choices to censor... I wouldn't think those would be that offensive of terms.

Wow I've just finished watching it. It sure feel rushed. The first part the viewer is literally put under an overflow of names and characters, I wonder how someone that doesn't know anything of this story react to all that °°

That apart, my judgment is probably biased, but I loved every little bit of it.

Spoiler for episode1-1:

Gejo ... literally maid servant. But it can also mean " a woman of low social standing"... you know, like... a whore :P
And the other word 端女, Hashitame, also means a Servant... but you know, if you add one Kanji to it 端女郎, and it turns into Harlot

I was satisfied with this episode.
OP and ED was good.

It felt a little rushed and George was a little quiet and *beep* *beep* *beep* *beep*

Apparently, the show ran uncensored on TV. The censors were added in later.
