Who will be that editor/supervisor?
If he is responsible for making Kyoani shows looks like they look. Let'me make him a monument now. xd
I wonder what program he is using, some kind of ultimate AAE?

He is the director of photography, Rin Yamamoto. He's been involved in the photography portion of shows since AIR in Summer, but was the director for After Story, K-On!/!!, and the K-On!! Movie. I couldn't tell you what type of software they use for editing.

Sure that's him and not the editor Kengo Shigemura?Looks to me like the software he's got open is Final Cut which is used for editing.

Oh my, I'm more interesting in how they edit anime now than at the OP/ED.

One of the things that I know they use in post production stuff is AE(Adobe After Effects). They used that in Hyouka. The other station seems like FCP(Final Cut Pro) or Adobe Premiere Pro. Though I'd probably lean towards FCP since they're probably mac based.

IIRC some of the studios use RETAS PRO for digital inking then switch to FCP/AE for final touch ups.

I don't know about their 3D software though. If I were to guess it's probably Maya or Blender.

I'm more curious though about the huge hardware on the side. Is that what they use for rendering?

I wish they'd do another behind the scenes regarding their production process. Something in the likes of Kanon's extra.

I don't know, shape of their eyes does remind me of K-on. Clannad character design has smaller faces and BIGGER EYES (for girls), just like any other Key VN characters.

if you talking about animation art it will be closer to Haruhi movie (which is mix of S1 Haruhi, Clannad, and K-on)

for character design is probably mix between Clannad and Haruhi

Looks like a standard introductory episode for a school-life show. Yuuta meets Rikka and we get introduced to the rest of the cast as well. It's so cute though, so I'm excited anyway

What caught my attention in the ep 1 PV is Yuuta's sisters.

The younger imouto is holding a sword. I bet that sword was used by Yuuta during his... middle school days. lol
The older imouto is probably a bit of a kuudere just from her expression.

Huh, and I thought Kazumi Ikeda would definitely spearhead the animation in the first episode. Well, no biggie. Its seems like both the Episode director and animation director are Animation Do people.

Animation Do were the ones behind Hyouka 21, right? The animation and direction in that episode was amazing, so I'm expecting something pretty decent here too.

First episode of the Radio show is up on Onsen. (For those of us who have issues playing it, someone has kindly uploaded it on Nico)

You can hear the OP at 10:45 and the ED at 28:00. I think a lot of people will prefer the promotional OP song, but the normal OP isn't too bad. I really like the ED.

ED sounds like coming from a mix of K-ON and Mahou Shoujo Mash-Up series (I'm thinking Prism Nana). lolz I really loved it. Really.

OP could easily sound better with KyoAni's u-know-what-stuff-in-the-pic. I like it as well, especially the chorus.
