I understand that some people might say this chapter = boring, but I like this chapter. Especially that part with Lucy's father (coincidentally, my father is sick at the moment too ;_; )...though the conclusion is a bit short, but that's what I like about FT. They never try to beat around the bush and progress quickly.

Even Wendy is legal actually. Age is calculated strictly as the difference in time from the today to the day you were born.

So yeah, pretty much she's sort of legal-loli.

I liked it. Was kinda touching, and I'll add to the Mira/Erza combo love. Natsu being pretty empathetic and caring. Then again, he's lost his "father" in a manner of speaking, so he can relate.

A bit disappointed that Twilight Ogre is turning out to be just fodder. They were supposedly the new top guild in Magnolia, so I hoped they had *some* power to them. But perhaps they could have had some support from dark guilds. A sort of "Yeah, you're weak, but you play ball so we'll let you have Magnolia" kind of thing. Which means we might see some Twilight Ogre people run crying to a dark guild (Tartaros?). This fight could very well be the beginning of a war. Not to mention, I doubt the council will take kindly to FT beating up on another "legit" guild.

Or am I hoping for too much? Mashima has weaved a fairly interesting story mostly, but I get the feeling my expectations might be getting a bit too complex, heh.

Did we know Lucy's mother was named Lalya before? I think we did; we saw her tombstone, if I recall. Well, at least I know it now!

Anyway, hope things don't return to "normal" just yet, or at least, have a normal job started by Lucy/Natsu only for it to snowball into a big thing. Perhaps having the council or a dark guild come by.

Edit: I just realized something... it seems odd... if her father died a month ago, why did she receive a letter from him with 7 years of rent attached today? Either he is still alive, or someone is playing the part.

Apparently Twilight Ogre has NO recollection powers whatsoever. 'Titania', 'Demon', 'Master Makorov' - NONE of these names ring any bells?! That is unforgivable. And I'm tickled that Makorov took his two strongest females in there to get them to lower their guard and he just 'unleashed hell', quite literally since Erza was in Purgatory and Mira went Demon, on them.

As for Lucy's side of the story... ...hnnn, I'm glad that she's made peace with her father but moreso because the father turned around and regained what he lost because of wealth.

You know what they say, it takes a man to be a father by blood, it takes a REAL man to be a dad by heart. Ah man, they should've brought Gildarts and Laxus too. You can never have enough S-Class nuking fodder is what I say. Anyway, I'm really happy that somehow, Lucy got the closure she needed with her father. Hopefully the guild will move back into town now that Twilightard Fodder has been properly payed back, with interests. To quote FMA, this is equivalent exchange. You used your entire guild to bully and bring pain and suffering to my children, I'm paying you back by bringing 2 of my strongest children and myself to open up a 7 year pent up can of whoopass on y'all. Life lesson here? don't piss off Mak and don't feel compassion for the fodder outside of Fairy Tail. Next week, X-men reference.

Does that mean today is Lucy's BDay? On man what a crazy birthday, finding out daddy died but after 18 year of ignoring you he finally changed and became the father you wanted... and getting you out of debt. Also finding out your land lady borrowed the outfit your character is most know for... it's like someone borrowing Erza's main armor forever...
