If a name is already in use, but the user has not been online for over two years, and someone else wants the name, would it be possible for that person to take the name?

I'm so sorry to be a bother, but I would really love a name change. My reasons are as follows:

This name is much to long to type again and again when the connection is dropped where I live (happens often). Another reason is I would like something a little more personal in nature. The third reason is I find that having the name of an anime character doesn't represent me properly. However, the third and second reasons could be joined.

The name I would like to be changed to would be Sofiel which is one of my more favourite angels. If that is taken then Yofiel would be my next choice. After that I am not certain.

Thank you for taking the time to read this~ This will also be my first and last name change as I will be quite satisfied with the names above

Okay, but the only thing is that our forum policy requires that all communication has to be in English, including in signatures. For signatures, we can allow the Korean text if you include an English translation. So once you modify your signature accordingly, we can make the change. Thanks!

The only problem is that the signature rules say that your image either has to be a max of 120 pixels high so you can have text, or if it's more than that you can't have text. So either delete the text or you need a signature that's a bit less tall. Once that's set, I can change the name. Thanks!

Resently i learned that the name i am usuing (Koguma za) dose not mean "little bear" in japanese. I have learned it means "Small bear seat." I wanted "Little bear" translated into japanese as my name on this website and on deviantART (as my name in real life means "little bear") I have been told that "Chiisai Kuma" means little bear in japanese but im not sure. If it is the exact translation then i would like my name to be changed to that. sorry for bothering you guys with this.
