Background seems a bit bland, otherwise it's nice. I think adding a bit of lighting would do nicely. Make the background a bit darker on the left. I'd try for example adding yellowish omni light to the top right corner and dropping the overall luminosity a bit.

I like that wooden background it looks good but something is disturbing me with that cat-girl.
