a multichoice poll on what other characters that are currently not in Celestial Being people thing will join it this season... (Ex. Billy, Saji, Soma, etc.)

Which characters will defect from Celestial Being.

So far, there have been a grand total of two male-female interactions in Gundam 00, so such a thread doesn't look particularly useful right now (and that thread would have been just about wasted in season 1). It'd be better to wait until there's more on that score.

Unless that's meant to be there as well. I remember the Code Geass one had threads for the VAs and the seiyus.

Seiyuu threads has always been '<Insert title> - Voice Actor Appreciation & Discussion thread' and english voices are always 'Dubbing of <insert title>'.

Meaning, you've just hijacked the seiyuu thread thinking its for english dub voice actors.

"Seiyu (Voice Actor)"

to avoid future confusion.

Actually, I don't think that it's a big deal whether you discuss seiyuu or English voice actors (or French or Hindi ones for that matter ) in that thread.

Actually i would argue we have many legitimate pairings. (Looking at code geass and maccross, none of those pairings were "legitimate" until the end.) Im not sure if 2 was an exageration so if there still isn't enough then please disregard. May have forgotten some.

soma x sergi's son(forgot name) or sergi
felt x lockon (old and new)
maria x setsuna
louise x saji (may play important part in plot later)
sumeragi x billy
perhaps even tieria x lockon? (this is not a joke)

And judging by the maccross thread mecha parings were included so

graham x gundam

Do note that those threads didn't come up until quite a bit into their respective series, and there was some justification for putting them up. From the first season of Gundam 00, there is almost no romance aspect whatsoever. If this changes for the second season, then a Romance thread will make more sense. If, on the other hand, there's nothing to discuss but speculation, then that can stay in the Speculation thread.

Its best not to bring pairings and shipping wars into Gundam.

Its Gundam and we Gundam fans talk about mechs, wars and who gets killed.

A good number of us really don't like to see shipping wars pollute this subforum.

Unless its a guarentee that all shipping will only happen and be contained in a romance thread.

Ships = the pairings that people support.

When people compare pairings, fans usually go balistic over their pairings and drive threads into pointless arguments and many times disrupt their views on the actual show itself. This endless and pointless comparison of pairings is call a shipping war.

Do we have a general character discussion? If we don't I think it might be worth it to open it up especially with the amount of side characters in Gundam.
