In episode 15 entitled "Skill-Out", Mitsuko gets attacked by the Skill-Out's & Konori-sempai tries to rescue her.

In episode 16 entitled "Academy City", which is a continuation of the events of episode 15, Konori has been missing for days & Mikoto & Kuroko try to find her & at the same time we learn Konori past & why she joined Judgment.

Don't have time to read it thoroughly, but looks like no dice for the sisters arc though. Saw nothing indicating it anyway, seems to be an original story featuring skill-out.

Well, after a quick skim of those spoilers, it seems that it's going to be anime original material all the way to episode 18, so at this point I'm afraid the likelihood of the SISTERs arc getting animated is slim, unless they cut out a large chunk of the current stuff going on in the Railgun manga's PoV of the SISTERs arc.
