So?
It's not a Resin though, so you don't have to paint it and glue it together!
It's simply in parts and therefore fits in a smaller box

This is how it looks like when assembled

I sell them too, then I've some stuff to give you some visual data:

This is the famous and cheap C.C statue:

The material is PVC, a sort of hard rubber made with a good percentage of polyester you can consider it a sort of evolved resin in comparison with the material used for the old resin kit statue.

This instead is a statue made with a mix of PVC/PC resin more hard and resistant.

The major difference is the material reliability, the price difference is a sign, the PVC has a little...enemy, the heat.
In a room with a temperature of 40 C° the pvc become more soft and this can to mute in a...deformation, caused by the statue weight.
Example the statues with inclined for a ankle deformation (the thin parts).

However, there's a very simple way to solve this problem, the Hot-Cold case-hardened.

oh, I didnt mean to sound like I didnt want it anymore! I dont mind putting it together, I just didnt know that you had to. It definitely seems like its worth the money.

Thanks for the pics too Bonzo. I have figures like that from other series, but its like you said, the CC figure is just a bigger version. and I never knew that heat could distort them! wow... but none of my figures have any problems like that, so I guess my room's temperature is kept well enough for them. XD thanks again for your help~

I already knew about the material and it's reaction to heat That's why I put all the standing figurinnes back into their boxes during summer

I would still buy the Banpresto Black Knight-uniform verion, and not because it's cheaper. It simply looks better than the ALTER shirt-version, especially the face. And despite their difference in material, non of my Banpresto or Sega figurinnes have ever leaned - but judging from some reviews I couldn't say the same of the supposedly better quality ones from Alter or Kotobukiya

Anyway, for a really small price you get a good looking 1/8 figure (with a few painting flaws)
I say it's totally worth it.

However, how to fix the heat problem, the way is like when to work with iron.

Prepare:

1) a saucepan with water, put on fire
2) a basin with water and a lot of ice cubes inside.

Process:

1)wait the water in the saucepan is at first stage of boiling (bubble in the saucepan base)

2)take the statue and submerge the deformed part in the hot water.

3)after few seconds, put the statue out the hot water and use your hands to correct statue arms/legs, etc...

4)hurry, submerge the statue in the cold water.

5)repeat the process 3-4 times.

With some practice and luck (depends by PVC quality) you can correct every problem and to heal PVC hardness

It will probably lean again though, so you better make or buy somekind of support for it.

Some of them are cute, that Shirley one is kawaaaai(oh god...), but some are just... Strange. The chibi lelouch depicts him very well, but i think it's very weird, hehe.

Robot Damashii Tristan Magazine Scan
http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/328...tristanlan.jpg

I really hated that I couldn't get the Lancelot Albion, because I forgot its release date (which I thought was for July) and to place a Pre Order. Oh well I'll just have to wait until it's restocks, at least the Tristan is coming later this month (July).

I have a question about the Robot Damashii Tristan, are they going to possibly release interchangeable parts for it's wings, weapon's and head? So it can be changed to the Tristan Divider. (Similar to the Robot Damashii Exia where you have the main body of the normal Exia and the Exia Re2 parts as a sold separate set)

Robot Damashii Guren 8 Element Magazine Scan (its only a 3D rendering of it)

Robot Damashii Galahad magazine Scan
http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/889...hiigalahad.jpg

Galahad which is slated to be released for January 2010 as a one of two (the second being a MegaHouse Code Geass Action Figure of C.C.) "Code Geass Model Works" Limited mail order exclusive items. Which can be only pre ordered through proxy's unfortunately.

And it is also the Second most expensive Robot Damashii figure pricing at 8,500 yen, which is like $86.00 to $89.00 give or take. (at least it not at the same price as that of the Robot Damashii Regnant from Gundam 00 which is 9,450 yen, which is like $95.00 to $98.00)

The upcoming Robot Damashii Shen-Hu which is under development (one can only hope that it won't become a limited exclusive item because then I'll be pissed)
