I have been playing a lot of Teemo Support lately with my premade.

Wouldn't say Support masteries and runes but I go for AP pen reds/Flat Armour yellow/ Flat MR Blue / and AP quints.

And I go for 9/21/0 so I'm quite tanky as a Teemo Support.

I usually go for full AP Pen / CD build.

What I usually do when the game starts is RUSH to the botlane and stand still in the lane just past our lane bush.
And my adc just farms, untill they go agressive I go out of my invis and Blind Exhaust the enemy ADC and just focus him.

The games I won as Teemo Support is atm 3-0 Didn't lose a Single game with him.

Strangely enough I lose as A Teemo when ever I go top or mid...

This is my Item build.

I start with Dorans ring and a Ward or 2 HP pots.(Depends who your going against)

Then I usually try to rush my Kage's lucky pick and Chalice.
After that I Rush my Liandry's for the extra Burn damage when they step into my Mushroom.

And then I get my Rylai's and finish my Chalice / Kage's into Morellonomicon and Athene's unholy grail for the 40% CD reduction.

Basicly This is my end build.

Liandry's / Rylai's / Morellonomicon / Athene's unholy grail / Sorcerers Boots / Deathcap, or Void staff if you want more Magic Pen.

If you feel like trying out Teemo Support with your 5 man premade Check out my mastery and Rune page.

My mastery I use for Teemo Support is called Defensive AP
My Rune page I use Teemo Support is called AP Armor

Teemo is a terrible mid pick: blind dart costs too much to effectively harass with it early on, he has no skillshots and his passive doesn't really help sustain his squishy lifebar. More importantly, Teemo's damage is mainly dot, while mid lane usually sports notorious bursters, making trades highly inefficient.

He's pretty strong at top though, I'll give him that (although I'd still rather pick Jayce, Riven, Vi, Lee Sin or GP over Teemo).

Teemo is amazing top, I usually just totally crush anyone 1v1. Late game I crush anyone I want.

My build:
Nashor's tooth.
hurricane
Wits' end
Rage Blade
Attack speed boots
Random item for LOLZ (Usually Manusume/tri-force/Bloodthirster)

At this point I pretty much hit them at 2.5-2.75 attack speed. In one game I literally had ADC and AP killed the same time, then finish their malp while he showed up.

Teemo has so much presence in team fights (0). Also you can't get more than 2.5 AS.

Anyway speaking of supports, fnatic.EU benched nRated, moved YellowStar to support and have a temporary sub for AD until Rekkles joins them when he turns 17 in september.

Still can't believe they Benches nRated....
His Leona is one of the best. Its just my humble Opinion, But Benching nRated is probably the most idiotic thing that Fnatic is doing.

Nrated stated that the alleged reason was because he didn't soloqueue enough. I agree with him though that he never really underperformed in the matches they lost recently.

I really don't get why they think that yellowstar+rekkles will be better than nrated+rekkles. Even more, the switch from adc to support boggles my mind, almost as if the transition could be made overnight. Chauster stated that it will take at least most of this season to get back to his former support prowess and contrary to Yellowstar, he even played support competitively for a long time before. When thinking about this change I think of Aphromoo or Locodoco... yea, they weren't good as supports, not at all.

Before I thought Orianna was the most difficult mage to get a hang of... since she felt more difficult than Syndra or Anivia...

Today I tried cassiopia, just wtf the skillshot spamming and spamming her q and e right is just insane to get down.

Maybe its because I played Cassio more often then I play Orianna.
But I just can't get used to Orianna at all. and with Cassio I usually win my lane / Trades.

Cass is pretty easy to aim with after a few games at mid (her Q resolves fast and covers a decent area), though imo you shouldn't engage in E spammage unless you're sure to win - its dps is great, but someone like Veigar would wipe you out before landing a third shot. Here comes the hard part - using her ultimate. Get a GOOD feel of its range, because it's pathetic, albeit wide. If you petrify a target, drop W+Q and just spam away as the poison keeps refreshing itself.

Oh, also, be aggressive at LV3 and just spam your Qs, Cassiopeia has one of the best mage passives in the league. Syndra is harder to master imo, she's just a bit too predictable despite having no casting animation for her Q...

Lucian's kit finally revealed, looks fun, I like it mobile. As an adc insta-guy for me. As usual the attack range determines where he'll be tiered.

edit: Lucian's designer on what range he'll have: "550, but we might have to change to 525 before he goes live"

Please let it be 550.

The Culling is considered a channeled ability and it can be interrupted, but Lucian can move and cast Relentless Pursuit without interrupting the ability.

That's new...Well, the rest of his kit looks promising, I assume he can use QW and proc both of them in one shot, so he will probably be a hard poker with a very useful escape tool. What troubles me is that two of his skills have double ratios, so it will be hard to maximize damage - perhaps it would be better to just stack on-hit effects for his passive or go for AS to increase the output of his ultimate.
