Plot Summary:

Awaking to absolute chaos and carnage while on a school trip, Yogiri Takatou discovers that everyone in his class has been transported to another world! He had somehow managed to sleep through the entire ordeal himself, missing out on the Gift — powers bestowed upon the others by a mysterious Sage who appeared to transport them. Even worse, he and another classmate were ruthlessly abandoned by their friends, left as bait to distract a nearby dragon. Although not terribly bothered by the thought of dying, he reluctantly decides to protect his lone companion. I liked the webnovel, but after awhile it became too random and repetitive for me. The light novel improved the story so I look forward to seeing THAT version. The webnovel was certainly amusing at the beginning

Nice change up. Rather than a guy who gets crazy powers when he goes to a new world, it's a guy who already had powers that go so far beyond OP it makes OP die of fright. Literally.

I think the nature and scale of his power is best summed up with one particular scene.

A sage is sent to find him who has a power to see the power of an individual's fate. It doesn't tell her things like how you'll die, just whether you're a really significant individual; if you're not significant then your life's likely to be pretty uneventful as will your death; even a light trip could kill you. For a significant person though their life and death must be epic, so it'll take something much bigger, a grand fight worthy of such a grand existence. She takes one look at him with this power and vomits from the horror. What she saw wasn't fate, but the inevitable endpoint to all fates. According to her, he isn't just a guy with the power to kill, he actually is death itself, the intelligent form of the absolute end that nothing can escape, thus the absolute impossibility of avoiding if he decides your time has come.

Honestly, the power is just plain hilarious. You pretty much never get a good battle, because anytime someone simply points a weapon in his direction they just fall down dead. A guy sends his servants after him? They barely take a stance before they crumple like marionettes whose strings had been caught. He glares at him in fury?
Literally for 0.5 seconds before he too collapses. An unknowing physical avatar of a superdimensional creature accidentally gets in his way? This creature that no one even knew existed is now floating dead in the chaotic sea between realities.

Honestly, it's hard to even say whether he belongs in the list. He's basically a force of nature, an absolute. Measuring his power is like trying to find the value of 1/0. How do you measure the power level of the author of the story, who can make a character simply not be just by willing it? There's no energy expended, no spells, really no action at all. He just wants something to be dead, and it's dead.

She functions the same way as Yogiri do. Because they are the absolute finality, whatever they say and do supercedes everything else when a World Conflict occurs and the reality well adjust itself to it accordingly. But because they are both the finality, they can't supercede one another.

OK, so, roughly equal then. Still no one you can seriously call stronger, and again I feel like both are kind of outside terms like "OP". For me, OP implies an actual power, as in something that you do and expend effort to carry out. Both of these are physical forms of absolutes. They don't do something that kills people, they just want someone dead and that someone is dead on any and every level. Rather than "over-powered", a better term might be "meta-powered". There is no "stronger" on this level, since what they will happens no matter what.

Oh, those are what you are looking for? Than... Anos and Kanagi gets rule out too as they are meta by your definition.
So I guess Rufus is the only one left that fits your OP definition.

Not sure this will be all that interesting based on the summary. But it'll be worth giving a shot to when it airs. Kind of feel bad for the main character. Such a broken ability that his very existence is even boring to himself.
