Well, that's the famous role that's the most direct relation to the current role, but he doesn't die all the time. Maybe he'll sing the OP and ED on one of the CDs. (Also, having Full-Time Panda in that role collage is hilarious.)

and with this today episode my theory about "nudists writers" start to looking true, now we have a "nudist organization" who thinking wwho "cloths" are enemies of the world, more and more nudist nonsense logic looks like the final boss will be a big naked guy with the other "half" of the scissor which want to cut/strip ryuko senketsui, and next episode we gonna get back stripper sensei and male niples :X

This was an interesting episode. I wonder what Satsuki is really thinking. She is preparing for a "battle". Battle against who though? Maybe there is an outside enemy for real? (Like beings similar to the Anti-Spiral).

But at least we know that Life Fiber clothing aren't absolute and there are ways to fight against it without using another Life Fiber-type clothing.

I figured the battle will be against Ryuko. Like she's expecting her to beat everyone. But since we can't say for sure, it would be interesting to see other developments.

As for the episode...I liked it. I really, really liked it. It was great character and world building. Next week, I believe Sanageyama will be Ryuko's opponent. Funny how many characters from Imaishi's other works are in this show: besides Kamina, we have Viral, Haruko, Brief, Kneesocks, Nia, and Yoko. Who else could they get?

I also figured that Junketsu will eventually take over Satsuki. But that was just me thinking that just having a rematch between her and Ryuko wouldn't be as interesting as a rematch where Satsuki, for all her haughtiness and ambition, would eventually lose control of a power that was kept from her.

This episode really made me like Senketsu more than ever. Happy to see there bond strengthen more between the two.

And did anyone notice the dude on the trolley that Mako stepped off of? Dude seriously looks like that uniform stealer in episode 1, while he was slimmed down by the uniform.

Hmm...

I thought there would be more fanart of our main girl with Mako. Instead it seems that there's more out there that has her with Sensei or her rival.

I'm somewhat disappointed.

Lots of amazing fights this time as well.
Matoi was really cool this time, but a bit too cocky.
She was grounded pretty fast.
The new serious opponent looked different than those school thugs.
Mako rules so far! Her explanations are just ROFL
She's a great friend too.
Really interesting and fun episode.

two: Mako is getting better and better.

It look like we have Nudist now, that explain why the sensei is like that

lol, so the teacher is part of an organization called Nudist Beach. It actually makes a lot of sense for them to be named like that given that they want to rid the world of life fibers (clothing). I'm assuming Tsumugu is their absolute best operative, otherwise I don't get why they don't send more people at Honnouji to take down Satsuki. Tsumugu was able to take down Ryuko and a shit-ton of Goku uniform users all by himself, so if there were others like him they'd be able to take over the school pretty fast. Aikuro himself is probably strong (he was about to intervene when Ryuko was in trouble after all), but not on his level.

Mako's speech was awesome as usual. I loved how she casually called Ryuko creepy while trying to defend her. That was so hilarious

PS: Ryuko is still wearing bras? I'm disappointed. She should go commando underneath the uniform to increase her power level.

Yeah, the woman does kinda look like she could be Ryuko's mother. It's kinda interesting how we've yet to officially 'see' either one of Ryuko's parents. We kinda know what Isshin looked like, and if Kinue is Ryuko's mom too, we'll have just seen little teasers for what her parents look like.

I think I'm starting to see bits of why people like Mako so much thanks to this episode. I found her kind of obnoxious before, and while she still kind of is, something about her actions in this particular episode just felt much more likable to me. I can't put my finger on it.

Well it certainly seems the plot is going to be somewhat more complex than originally presented, but I had notions that would be the case.

So it's been exposited enough now that life thread can be harmful to human beings in certain cases, but it can be beneficial as well. I wonder if it's just treating life thread clothing as a friend/partner that allows the latter to occur? Or is there more to it than that?
