Why do so many people want this? We've seen Kakashi on a manga cover with his mask off, and his hand just slightly covering his face, and we've seen him with his mask off with a bed sheet slightly covering his face. There's nothing special under there, no thick lips or buckteeth, just a normal nose and mouth. The existing fan art of Kakashi without mask is probably how it actually looks under there.

There was a mistake in this episode right? You don't get blind by using the normal sharingan like danzou said,it's only when you unlock the MS that you get blind...

I love this filler lol. Aside from some boring bits, I always enjoy when we get to see some *classic* ninja fights. Not the Godzilla/Kingkong mode the manga/anime is at right now.

I dont mind fillers like that. The filler that I can't stand are the comedy or random storyline ones.

Throw in some Itachi and Jiraya scenes before the filler ends and I'll be extra happy.

So next episode is April 3rd and it's still filler, does anyone know when filler is supposed to end?

The manga is back to being 63 chapters ahead already!

Seriously, when the hell is the filler going to end?! I haven't watched Naruto in over a month since I'm sitting out the stupid filler and waiting for them to get back to the fight against Madara. Are they just gonna keep tossing filler at us until the manga ends?

I wonder if Orochimaru was a half snake from the start or he experimented it into himself..
Either way snakes suit him well as his villain calling card.
The unavoidable childhood flashbacks are back.
Kinoe played a dangerous game with Danzo.
3rh Hokage played Danzo like a fiddle, nicely done!
I totally enjoyed watching that ^^

The studio generally tries to establish a 75-80 chapters gap with every filler arc. That's when the current fillers could end.

Episode 356 - A Shinobi of the Leaf
Pretty good episode and Kinoe's story ended here. His affiliation with Root ends and he's transferred to ANBU
Next month is Itachi ANBU, finally! I guess the filler will end on the last week of April...hope so!
Too bad, no episode next week!

Aside from a couple of episodes, it's hard to tell that this arc is filler.

Frankly with the level of crap we've had to do deal with from Naruto's fillers, this stuff is gold. Plus it's refreshing for the show to focus on a new cast for once.

I can't be the only one who was wondering what the connection was between Kakashi and the wood style user. Poor guy has had so many names I don't know what he calls himself.

And now Itachi is being brought into the mix. I hope we get several (good) episodes with him in them.

What I really want to see is him and Orochimaru join Akatsuki and how they deal with each other. Last we saw of the rain trio was that Akatsuki was still full of hope, but they were about to start running into trouble.

In the end, I don't care if an episode is filler if the material is cannon clears up how things happened.

Yeah, this is nice canon filler.

I like it more than a lot of the canon they had up until here. Kakashi's just a good main protagonist.

Episode 357 - An Uchiha ANBU
Itachi's fans should be really glad to see Itachi one more time, this time in ANBU. He's partnered with Kakashi, that is something...really like this team.
!NEW! INTRO 15 AND ENDING 29. Personally I don't like the intro, the ending is pretty good, ok.
After this filler ends, interesting canon episodes to be expected

Kakashi arc continues..
I like getting as much info about his as possible.
He's my favorite character beside Naruto.
Seeing Itachi again was nice too.
ANBU missions are more revealing in this arc as well.
Good episode.

It's all stuff that doesn't mean much without context. They don't really spoil the plot.

quick question...did I just witness Itachi's sharingan activate when he saw the stone tablet at the Uchiha meeting? His eyes were normal the whole episode until just then.
