The woman in the glasses is the mom. The teenager with the console is the uncle and the sleeping kid is Shinobu. He dyed his hair blonde later.

That's Kamachi's MO. Ordinary guys with a knack for getting out of life-and-death situations. Shinobu is no different. Think of him as Quenser from HO.

I'm guessing that to be the case since there's really no other explanation for that picture and I doubt his dad was a yankee.

Well, it would be most logical to think that his hair changed its color over the years (this is a true thing). 'Cause dyed the hair means to be a yankee in japan, and if I remember right, Shinobu said he wasn't a yankee. So my guess is that the hair of the Jinnai family is orange/yellow mostly (?)

which isn't a good thing, until I read
