Does this series make a serious case for a 45 year-old and a 15 year-old being an OK basis for a romantic relationship? The summaries make it sound that way, but they can be deceiving.
If it is, I'm going to need some serious convincing this isn't just more skeevy anime exploitation.

This story is kind of cute and also comfy, with bits of feels. Isn't like the garbage of Kuzu no NTRkai that try too hard to be serious and fails on every single way. |

I'm surprised this is noitamina, but I guess the block will have something to show before it goes back to being garbage with kabaneri s2.
I'd really like the old noitamina back, but its pretty much dead at this point. This seems decent if anything |

I hope that one would solve some questions unanswered in the first season, but I feel pretty worried about how it'll be done. Only hope to look forward so far is a hot spring episode (I'm currently working a one shot from that series in both manga and fanfiction novel about the two main characters going to the hot spring together, fans should rest assured).

Usually I ran fast from those, this one... well as far as the translated manga is it's not clear to me which way this will go. It does seem like a bit more realistic treatment. The man is confused, as well as tempted a bit, but also aware that it's not a good thing for her. The girl has her reasons for latching on to this man. (Essentially he was kind to her when she was vulnerable and depressed). It does seem to be taking a bit of a sweet respectful treatment rather than anything salacious. But it's more of a "read when I am bored and there is nothing else out with a new chapter" manga for me than one I particularly like. Frankly I still can't see how a relationship would work. Age gap couples, the ones that are actually enjoyable are: House of the Sun (a 17 year old and a 24 year old, so the age gap is much smaller, great shoujo manga too.) Love So Life, which uses the babysitter for a single man with kids as the way of getting them together. Frankly not too realistic, but so sweet and innocent I can't find it in myself to care. One of the six protagonists in the Dear, Only You Don't Know mahwa. Interestingly this one seems to recognize the difficulties the most. As SooJin basically lies about her age to try and start chasing the man. Unlike most other treatments of the scenario (from the perspective of finding an ideal mature man) this one addresses it more from the aspect of how the girl needs to grow up and become worthy of this man she is interested in. (Fitting since age is often used as a symbol for worthiness in fairy tales). Particularly since the six protagonists are grouped into pairs of stories that approach a similar topic. SooJin's story is paired with another story also dealing with feelings of worthiness, using the other common symbol for worthiness: beauty. In that case the difficulty is not that the woman is unworthy, but that she has convinced herslef that she is unworthy because she is ugly (and she is, it's not Hollywood ugly). To the point that she rejects the man she's been in love with because she doesn't want he to find out that she's ugly and been concealing it with makeup. I'm actually surprised that this manga is getting an anime instead of House of the Sun.
