There's a time-normalcy field around you, wherein particles act normally. It's very small, enough that you won't accidentally boot something up, but large enough that you can breathe and move things. It applies to things you touch with your skin as well.

That' a rather loose criteria, no. SaintessHeart and Sumeragi aren't complete stranger and yet if the former would lift the latter's skirt, the end result is likely to be violent
