AS Chibibear correctly said, you can kill a witch by proving she doesn't exist. Of course if that witch is also a human, only the witch dies and the human remains a human.

The voyager witches (Bern and Lambda) however seem to be a little different. It isn't clear what they actually are, but it looks like they have a higher power than regular witches and so I'm not certain that they are vulnerable to denial, they don't seem to be scared by the idea that Battler will deny witches. They are however afraid of boredom and they frequently say that it's like poison for them.

About Maria, little is known about her powers. She is still an apprentice so she can't revive dead persons, she doesn't have the endless power. However she has the unique power to give birth to a "one" from the sea of "zeros"... in other words she can create something from nothing.
For example the seven stakes of the purgatory are based on legendary demons and creatures, but Sakutaro (and the siestas) are beings that Maria created without any reference. They still need a vessel, 'though.

I do have a question. Where are the tips for episode 3 and episode 4 since they were covered in the anime too?

Just wondering... or isn't there any tips for them?

The TIPS exist in the novel, but Klashikari hasn't compiled and published them yet in the related thread.

Simply put: When I have time, which is very unlikely for the time being.
sort of easy answer: might be faster and easier should you try to get the source, aka the VN and use the patch to get the said tips.

Jessica = Other Battler is my theory. They don't have to be the same person, but there is enough hints to say that Jessica's birth was well... different than how we think it happened. They'd still be related though.

I thought I made it pretty clear. It's possible Natsuhi never conceived since she was having trouble. In my theory Jessica is Battler's half sister, but she was the one born from Asumu making her the Actual Battler.

There are many game threads, depending on how far you've made it (EP 3 thread for discussing everything up to the 3rd game, EP 4 thread for up to the 4th game, etc).

There's also the Spoilers and Speculation thread, but its a major spoiler zone for up to the 6th game, so caution is advised if you haven't gotten that far.

4chan.org and /seacats/ are some image boards you can discuss Umineko at. Those are the only other communities I know of.

The blue truth is a logical conclusion, according to the wiki. Does that mean that golden truth is in fact an absolute logical conclusion that requires no proof?
