When I link danbooru images, I put the image thumbnail in img tags, then wrap url tags with the image page's url around those.

What I'd liked - no, loved - about the 9 year old Fate design was that her quiet, almost subdued character design was absolutely perfect for the dark theme presented by Nanoha. Honestly I didn't even notice the 'thongs' she was wearing until somebody mentioned it; it was really that good.

It was stomped to hell with StrikerS. This is probably the only anime I've seen, with such potential and quality, to be utterly crushed by its diehard fans. *sniff*

As I said to Demi. when he first mentioned it, Fate never wore a thong in any depicted material beyond fanart--all shows and official imagery showed her in more conservative swimsuit-ish clothing.

As far as her change of behavior in StrikerS, well, what'd you expect? She had a decade to mature and (mostly) overcome her issues. Only natural that she lose the subdued personality and outfit design.

Yes, that's why she flashed her ass to everyone in Season 1 when she was in that storm, or in A's when she and Signum were fighting in the desert.

Course, Signum wasn't any better in A's with showing her legs off during that fight.

Well let's put it this way. She has never 'overcome' her issue as shown in StrikerS, when Jail had provoked her repeatedly about her mother. A scar hidden isn't the same as a scar healed, and her voluptuous - kinda the only way to describe it - was a person whose painful memories no longer, well, hurts. It was something I couldn't acknowledge I suppose.

True, i wasn't expecting Signum wearing pants but at least some long stocking or leg-armor pieces should be nice, that part of her costume feels a bit empty xDU
