Also, the question of IS weight. We all know that they have somekind of anti-gravity. But could that make a heavy IS is as light as a light one, and the question return to Agility? Or do the pilots could still feel the weight?

I think I.S. operate on 'weight reduction' basis, so heavy I.S. > light I.S. regardless.

Because it's impossible to deliver the required amount of force if you have lighter than air mass

I have been having this vibe that a Core has about 70+ percent of useful energy generating efficiency. Human at best could only generate near 50% percent, and current engines has about 30% and lower. That capability alone could not be generate without extreme conditions, or enzim -> a Core is a semi-biology machine. But that raise another questions:

- Does this part provide what we call a "soul" or A.I in this case?

- Could a Core be sick?

Nah. I think core energy is beyond 95% efficient, else it's impossible to hold it on your hand

Also, the I.S. machine themselves are efficient on it's own. Their body don't show up on infrared sensor after all.

Should I mention that the weapon is a 40 steel sphere, complete with 4 legs that has twice the power of a small nuclear reactor, and 8 plasma cannon that could inciderate the whole Tokyo in one shot?

But the worst part: It's piloted by the Maverick Virus which has only three simple codes:

But she had her brain, one asset that she’s always proud off. If she had neither strength nor skill, she will compensate it with knowledge. While her body wanted her to just drop half dead and take a nap, she decided to stay awake and took her alone time to shop around. The first stop is, of course, book shop. “The new Infinite Knight volume is out” she muttered, face flushed for some reason. Several girls already stood on the front pile, checking the content of the book Satisfied, Kanzashi went to the cashier ASAP and paid it. And spend the rest walking around without real aim. Her eyes betrayed her when her eyes stumbled on… Cosplay shop. Ba-dum-tish Despite trying her hardest to ignore the temptation, she gave up and went in. It’s not that she liked to cosplay, per see. Instead, she liked to see the costume themselves, to silently praise every single detail made, the exquisiteness of the design. It’s still three hours until the sun set. She’s never been a fan of firearms, and being a prideful swordswoman just one of various factors that formed that mindset. Yet even Chifuyu realize, sometimes guns are necessary. And when he explicitly asked for long range combat training, she can’t find any real excuse to hold him back. Actually, he thought she’s going to. She’s not surprised he thought so, considering how passive and half-assed he is at first, she would be worried too. But meeting with her sister changed everything… a newfound determination to recover from the brink of despair had forced him to grow, standing on his own legs unsupported. Chifuyu refused to betray his effort, and if he can pass the 14 days evaluation, this one would be a piece of cake. Her mind returned to the present, it was close to sunset, as she realized. Between the (lack of) alcohol and workload, she tend to space out as of recently. She really needed a drink or two… or three… or four… “I should just sleep early… or something” she muttered, throwing the empty can of soda to the thrash basket. She was thinking of visiting the Shinonono shrine, but she can always do it later. But something very familiar for Chifuyu. “What do you want?” Chifuyu asked coldly. A little too cold, even. “Mou, why so serious? This is your dearest childhood friend here” she pouted, as usual, deliberate or not she often ignored people’s expression in favor of her own interpretation of them. Chifuyu didn’t say anything. “I’m just taking a look at the city” she chuckled “And I see you have united Japan’s Infinite Stratos industry behind the public’s back” Indeed, while it’s appeared normally. The rivalries of corporations leading Japan’s military industry is no longer true, more like fabricated, if only to boost the employee's morale. It’s thanks to male Ichika’s arrival; Chifuyu’s able to stir the situation back under her thumb. Well that was arrogant and certainly exaggerated claim, but at the very least things are working toward her favor. Having one privately owned core is one thing, having two of them? Yeah. “Fujin is basically ByakuShiki with its flaw 100% removed… and Suijin is built into original ByakuShiki’s chassis, configured to the requirement of its pilot” the woman smirked “It’s the third unit that made me interested, where did that come from?” “You sure it’s the unit and not the boy holding the leash” Chifuyu’s snide remark only incite even wider grin. “Ho, I don’t know which is more interesting” cheerfully, the woman muttered “Naturally, I’m curious” And jealous, Chifuyu mentally added. “It’s not like I care about him, should I?” Chifuyu didn’t either, until she saw how he can brought Icchan out of her shell. That aside, knowing Tabane it’s like she found a new toy to play with. “Strange, I thought you sent him to spy on us” Chifuyu said, with amused tone. But actually, she was totally serious. He know so much, and more than that, he’s also has a personal I.S. Only Tabane has the capability to build one by her own, as proven by Houki’s [AkaTsubaki]. “Chi-chan is so cruel, I won’t go that far” WK incident prove otherwise, Gospel incident is icing on the cake. Tabane is a bad liar. She often hid the full truth for her own amusement, but she never lied. But at the same time, Tabane is a master of manipulation. Pulling string by manipulating half baked information and bred confusion amongst the crowd is her forte. That’s the reason why Raijin is constructed in secret; even Tabane will have a very hard time to found about it. Originally, Chifuyu intended to use Raijin herself if things go sour. “But come to think of it, where did he come from, do you ever wonder about it?” Tabane inquired as they walked side by side. “Beats me” Chifuyu said. Of course, Tabane knew that. For Chifuyu, someone’s origin or past lives is not important, what’s important is whether they’re trustworthy or not, simple as that __________________
