Well, already in Hell difficulty with my Witchdoctor, and I found it amusing just how easy it is to faceroll mobs because of the "reduce level 15" gear I'm wearing. This fun will only last until I get to Inferno though, so might as well enjoy the feeling for now.
Speaking of Inferno, what's the build for WD's that work right now? Pets are a given, but what about the support skills? Oh, and if and when I get to Inferno, definitely investing in LPS gear (of at least 150 per piece). Really worth it, given the LPH penalty.

Then please explain why my bow, which supposedly has 980 LPH, only gets 330 LPH. I should know, since when we were partying I had the numbers enabled for both critical damage (yellow numbers) AND healing (green numbers). Ditto for my wand with my CM Wizard, which barely gets 250 LPH every time (it has 870 LPH).

Amazing how popular this game is despite the sickeningly insulting requirement of forced online single player mode. You'd have to be quite the Diablo fan or hardcore gamer to let Blizzard or any game company trample over your rights like this.

Doesn't really impact most players since it's on pc and everyone has a internet connection. The servers for the most part are always up for NA at least. It's good that it might help to prevent some cheating as well since that would totally mess up the ah/rmah. So I don't find it sickeningly insulting at all.

You know, I have a lot of issues with DRM companies put into games these days, but being asked to connect online is not one of them. Even though it can be an inconvenience at times (like when I had a two week period without internet and had to connect via HSDPA stick). But if it were offline then there would be much more rampant cheating. And the online requirement does not break my PC like some other DRMs like to do. Starforce/Securom/RandomCrapThatInstallsDriversAndSlowsDownPC are a much bigger insult than online play.

It's more like the opposite: you'd have to be a hardcore gamer to worry about your "rights" enough to not play a game. Casual gamers just want to play the damn thing, and not worry about those kind of politics.
