Anyway something more railgun manga related.
For those that sometimes follow 4chan raildex threads, there sometimes apear stuff that is worth discussing (with a ratio of 100:1 useless posts / something interesting) and this is what I found:

Baba paralyzes 10032 and sets up an ambulance to transport her back to the hospital. But the scientist and Misaki find 10032 before the ambulance arrives. Misaki MCs the ambulance drivers and makes them drop off 10032 someplace else.

Misaki places Mikoto under the protection of her clique and mindwipes Kuroko and co in order to prevent Mikoto from interfering.

Misaki can't hack into the network, so she needs to MC 10032, make her do the hacking, and then make her tell them what she got. But the paralyzing mosquito is preventing 10032 from doing anything.

What do you think about it, that MEMBER is not helping Misaki, but trying to stop her?

GROUP at this time isn't established yet, and ITEM is too trigger-happy with Mugino and Frenda around

MEMBER does seem like the right team to do the job, assuming 4chan's theory is true.

Hm... the theory is definitely possible, considering that all the underground factions basically work for the board of directors.

Actually, I think it will be something along those lines, something was bothering me about MEMBER delivering Imouto to Misaki, but I couldn't quite place the finger on why....

What the researchers know from it is that it would be many times harder for Mikoto to reach an awakened state compared to Accelerator or Kakine, but it doesn't mean it's impossible. Of course, in terms of storyline I don't see her actually awakening anytime soon (or ever).
