You could look for cosplayers who do commissions...though I'm not sure how much they charge; I know it's kinda expensive...

I think cosplayers usually get their costumes done by custom. But I agree that it is very expensive, so only rich cosplayers can do it.

Maybe because we haven't seen Haruhi and Kyon laugh together in the anime, and I think the moment they do it would be true sign that they are a couple.
